Chapter 23:Ambush

After 2 days, Ben finished making the wireless ear ring and gave it to Torcher.

Ben:Are you sure this'll work?
Torcher:We have no other plans, this has to work.
Soldier:Just be careful, we don't know anything about them.
Torcher:Of course I will.

Torcher and Soldier hugged each other. Everyone looked in awe except Robin, who looked at them with a disgusted face.

Robin(whispering):Disgusting
Victor(whispering):Could you not make being homophobic your whole personality?
Alex(whispering):Could you two leave your argument for later?

Torcher walked out of the outpost and towards the alley he was told to be at. When he arrived, he saw no one, he was extremely nervous, he didn't know if the person was late or preparing to ambush him. He was about to leave until he heard some footsteps, he immediately took out his flamethrower.

Torcher:I heard you! Come out right now!

Torcher heard footsteps at the back of him and he blew the flamethrower immediately. Pony, who was trying to ambush Torcher, dodged the fire as fast as he could but his tail got burnt in the process, tears formed in his eyes.

Pony:OW OW OW!!! MY TAIL!! YOU BURNT MY TAIL!!!

Torcher laughed.

Torcher:Wow! Your such a cry baby.
Pony:AM NOT!!
Torcher:Imagine crying over a simple burn, so over dramatic.

Pony sniffled and wiped off his tears and drew out his sword.

Torcher:So, your the one who sent the message to Soldier.
Pony:That wasn't me, it was someone else.
Torcher:Okay, so why don't you tell me who it was before someone gets hurt.
Pony:Now there's no need for violence, just surrender and make this easy for both of us.

Torcher gripped his flamethrower tightly and put his finger on the trigger.

Pony:Suit yourself.

Pony charged at Torcher and dodged the fire which was shot at him, he tried to hit him but he kicked him down to the ground and tears formed in his eyes.

Pony:Arrgh that hurt!

Pony tripped Torcher using both of his legs, he took his sword and tried to stab him but Torcher managed to grab his arm.

Meanwhile back at the outpost, the soldiers saw the fight which was going down.

Soldier:Should we help him?
Ben:Sport, this is Torcher we're talking about.
Alex:Yeah he's strong enough to fight him.

Soldier was hesitant about letting him fight Pony by himself but he decided to put his trust in him.

Back to the fight:

Torcher's POV:Shoot! I didn't expect him to be this strong.

Torcher kicked Pony in the balls(not in a sexual way of course) and Pony yelped in pain(this is starting to sound like a smut fanfic 😭😭😭)

Pony:You little-!

Torcher held him by his throat and choked him. Pony was struggling to breath.

With the soldiers:

Robin:Holy moly paparoni!
Fiona:Yes! Choke him! Choke him like you hate him! *whispers*but you love him.
Soldier:I heard that! And he obviously doesn't!
Alex:That's cause he loves you!

All the soldiers started laughing and Soldier was as red as Torcher's eyes.

Soldier:As a friend! Not the way your all implying!
Ben:Sport, being in denial is not a good thing to do.
Soldier:I AM NOT IN DENIAL!

With the fight:

Pony was fighting for breathe. He thought that this was the end for him.

Torcher:Are you ready to fess up now?
Pony:OKAY! OKAY! PLEASE JUST PUT ME DOWN!

Torcher yanked Pony, who was gasping for air, on the floor.

Torcher:Now tell me where my brother is and who sent Soldier the message!
Pony:One. You'll see for yourself. Two. She's behind you.

Torcher looked behind him but Zizzy injected him with medicine which made him fall asleep. After she did that, she went on her knees and hugged Pony.

Zizzy:I'm so sorry Pony! I'm so sorry I put you up for this! I'm so sorry I didn't come sooner! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry!
Pony:Don't be.
Zizzy:He choked you! He almost killed you! You almost suffocated to death! You would've never gone through that if I hadn't put you up for this!
Pony:Zizzy, it's okay, I'm fine, you don't have to apologize for anything. Besides I'm the one who agreed to this so if anything, it's my fault.

Pony coughed a bit.

Pony:What matters is that I'm okay, that this worked according to plan.
Zizzy:Imagine if he hadn't told us about their wireless ear ring plan, that would've been a problem.
Pony:Good thing the ear ring broke and that he's under cover there.
Zizzy:Yeah, now let's put him in the guitar case before he wakes up.

Pony and Zizzy put Torcher in the guitar case and went to the lair.

Meanwhile:

All the soldiers heard the conversion that Pony and Zizzy had and they were shocked and confused.

Soldier:Wait, so there's an imposter among us?
Victor:But who? Who could it be?
Alex:I have my suspicion.
