"If you fall, I won't be able to catch you!" Lucifer screamed from the top of the stairs as I ran down.

Once I made it to the last step of the stairs, I jumped off onto the floor and turned around with my arms in the air like some cheerleader.

"And she sticks the landing!" I announced, pretending to do a curtsy.

Lucifer chuckled lightly at my actions, finally making it down the stairs. He walked up to me and wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me in closer to his chest.

"What would I ever do without you, piccola?"

"Probably die."

"Definitely." he joked.

He held my chin upwards, forcing me to look up at him. Just as I was about to give him a kiss, a voice suddenly interrupted, making our heads turn the other way.

"Please get a room, don't do this in the middle of the room." Oliver whined, just getting out of the kitchen.

We both chuckled at the expression in Oliver's face and the tone of his voice. Lucifer gave me a small kiss on my head and let go of me. Oliver let out a sigh of relief and kept walking away.

I dragged Lucifer over to the kitchen, ready to begin decorating the cake. I wasn't really a big fan of decorating anything but I thought that things like these might be fun to do with a guy like Lucifer.

Not gonna lie, my head was still very woozy after what happened upstairs. That's wasn't my main focus but it just made me blush so hard when I thought about it.

I tried hiding my face with my hands so Lucifer didn't see me and make it worse but it was too late for that. He grabbed my face once again and inspected it for himself.

"Are you think about something?" he asked.

"Maybe." I responded.

He smiled and lowered himself down, kissing me softly. I kissed him back with butterflies fluttering around in my stomach and my heart pounding.

"You're adorable. Did you know that, piccola?" he said teasingly.

"Now I do. Can we decorate now? I'm getting really hungry for this cake." I asked.

"Of course, amore. Go get the icing and whatever else you may want to put on it while I get our aprons and the cake." he replied.

He walked over to get the aprons while I walked over to one of the cabinets. I rummaged through one of them and found some icing, thank god I didn't need to make any or else I would have cried.

I turned around and squealed as I saw Lucifer behind me, holding my apron in his hand. He had already managed to put his on.

"You scared me, don't creep up on me like that!" I shouted at him.

"Don't raise your voice at me again or so help me I will fuck you until you can't walk anymore and make sure you lose the ability to speak." he threatened.

'Please do that.'

"Yes, sir. I'm sorry." I apologized with a smirk.

"Apology accepted." he said, putting the apron over my head and tying it in the back for me.

I grabbed the sprinkles from the top of the shelf and gave Lucifer a nod, telling him that this was all I wanted. We both walked back and looked down at the perfectly made cake for a few seconds before I got an idea.
