"... Once it's done, let it rest in the cooker for ten minutes before opening. Aaaaand that's it." Three similarly dressed skeletons were gathered around the counter with a standard rice cooker perched on top. The one with black tears forever dripping was leaning by it, reading aloud the instruction manual to the other two. The hooded one is obviously nodding off, while the third is considering risking another hole in his skull as he is tempted to bang his head against the countertop after hearing the same instructions for the fourteenth time.

"Killer, stop reading." The mentioned skeleton pouted, before getting an idea, flipping to the next page.

"Paso uno. Enjuaga tu arroz. Comience por enjuagar una taza de arroz bajo agua frí-" immediately ducks as Horror chucks the closest thing to him; his signature ax. Dust woke up to the thud, falling backwards at his sleepy imbalance. "Hey!" Killer had the gall to act indignant to the ax and its owner. Horror grunted in return before resting his head against the counter.

Dust simply sighed, getting up. He grabbed the instruction manual with his magic, tossing it on top of the fridge. Killer switched his indignation to him. Dust ignores him with practiced ease as he returns to his previous sleepy position.

He doesn't get to change from sleepy to sleeping when the timer finally goes off. Horror lifted his head and Killer jumped. It went off sooner than they thought, or they really weren't paying attention.

Killer hopped forward with an excited smile, reaching over and throwing the cooker open.

"Killer! Wait!" BANG!

They all hit the deck as the inner bowl launches itself like a rocket, while the outer part decides to split up and scatter. Cautiously, they all stood up, awake and alert. Horror then reached over to smack Killer upside the head.

"You read it 14 times! Wait!" Killer couldn't snap back when Nightmare, Cross, and Error ran into the kitchen.

"What exploded?!" Nightmare looked at the wreckage, doing a quick once over each of them to ensure none of them were hurt. Looks like they were just rattled, though Killer is starting to sport a new bruise on the back of his skull.

"Killer didn't heed the instructions he read aloud 14 times." Dust stated the obvious, Killer rubbing the bruise the three recently arrived now realize that it was given after.

"W41t, 1n5trut10n5 f0r wh4t?" Dust then retrieved the previously taken away instructions, passing it to Cross in the middle.

"The rice cooker." Pieces of which were sticking out of the wall, or just scattered about. No sign of any rice.

"Just clean it up. Killer, you take care of the walls and patch them. I want no sign of a single hole on there." Nightmare sighed.

"What do you think happened to the rice? There's no way it disappeared." Cross' question caused everyone to start a quick look around.

"Killer, I swear if it made a hole through my roof, I will-"

"1t d1dn*t m4k3 1t th4t f4r." They all looked up to where Error was pointing to find the metal bowl lodged into the ceiling. The three in the doorway finally joined the three around the counter.

"How long do you think it will stay up there for?" Error calmly pulled out some string and wrapped it around the bowl.

"Th4t*5 pr0b4b7y n0t 50m3th1ng w3 5h0u7d f1nd 0ut." He gave it a quick tug, and nothing happened. He gave it a few more tugs before using two hands to yank it down. The bowl slipped off, falling right onto Error's face. *Crack* The bowl fell comically to the floor, Error looking down to avoid having marrow drain into his sockets from his newest crack on his skull. Everyone just looked at him. "Um, 0w, 1 gu355?"

Nightmare sighed again. "Come on, let's go stop the bleeding." His tentacle gently grabbed Error's sleeve, pulling him along as he headed out the door. "Clean up this mess. Cross, supervise."

They all chose to ignore the rice still stuck to the ceiling.
