Arsen's outfit to the side

I wake up to the blaring noise of Shawn Mendes singing. Okay, now I like Shawn, but I LOVE sleep. Let me introduce myself. I'm Arsen Keen. And yes Arson like the crime, except instead of an O I have an E.

I'm a junior in highschool and I live with my little sister, Piper, and my mom. I'm mostly black, but 0.5 of me is white. I have brown eyes with a yellowish tint to them and my hair goes down to a little past my shoulder. My hair is super curly, but I normally just wear it straight. I have really deep dimples and my body is what most girls call "perfect."

I have a slim waist and a pretty nice bust and butt. It wasn't always like this though. Through out middle school I was struggling with my weight and my acne.

Like my face had so many pimples that for a while I had to go on medication. Well during the summer of eighth grade my mom made me go to a fat camp and I lost all of this weight.

Anyways, I climbed out of my bed and checked my phone. I had 52 missed messages. Most of them were from my friends, but there were a few from some upperclassmen guys.

I walk into my bathroom and brush my teeth and washed my face. I'm happy I took a shower last night. I go back into my room and start getting dressed. I put on a strapless floral dress with a jean jacket over. I'm not trying to get dressed coded for my "sexy shoulders." I'm about to put on my shoes when I hear banging on my door.

I swing it open to see my little sister, Piper. "What do you want Piper?" Piper is the most annoying thing ever. She's in 7th grade and thinks she knows everything.

Most people say we look exactly alike, but back in middle school she probably would've been one of those girls that picked on me. "Mom said that we have 5 minutes." Piper says. With that she skips back to her room, slamming the door on her way out.

I go over to my jewelry box and get out a simple heart necklace. I put that on and then a silver cross ring. Finally I put on my brown wedges.

Before going out of my room I put a few spurts of That Moment perfume from One Direction. Then I leave my room and walk down the stairs to the kitchen.

When I walk into the kitchen I see my mom reading the paper and Piper eating cereal. "Arsen, we have 3 minutes until we have to leave so I suggest you get a move on." My mom says not looking up from her paper.

"Goodmorning to you too mom." I end up grabbing a granola bar and going back up to my room to get my phone and bookbag, well more like giant purse. "Arsen we're leaving you!" I hear Piper scream.

I rush back down the stairs and hop into the car. The ride to school was pretty much uneventful. We just dropped Piper off and for some reason my mom and I didn't talk that much.

My school is a majority white school, but there aren't a lot of racist people there. Maybe one or two, but they keep quiet. Race isn't really a big issue here.

I'm pretty active in my school. I'm cheer captain, I work in the front office, i'm class president, and I'm a well known "teacher's pet."  As we pull into the highschool parking lot I can see my friends. They're all waiting for me, like every morning.

I mutter somewhat of a goodbye to my mother and head over to my friends.

My group of friends consists of 4 girls and 5 boys. The girls, or what I like to call the "fantastic four" are made up of myself, Lily, Savannah, and Kristen. The 5 boys are Mark, Cameron, Jack, Kevin, and Chase.

Lily and Savannah are step-sisters. They could pass for twins though. They both have the same blonde hair, perfect body, and most of all they have identical personalities.
