cw: like a lot of flirting

If you told me I'd be hanging out with Jeongin a month ago, I would've laughed right in your face, but now that it's actually true I don't know what to do. Jeongin was an amazong person, but something about him - about us - is just off, in the past - when we weren't friends yet - he would tease me alot, mostly about my height whitch I do not appreciate. That's not actually the point though, he would ask me out. Tell me he liked me, or just simply hint at it and I don't know if he actually meant it. Little did I know I would already figure that out in the next few hours.

"Hey Y/nnie, what do you think about dinner at my place tonight?" "Why not, I'm pretty hungry actually." "Alright, lets head home then." I hummed in agreement as we got off the bench we've been sitting on since the end of school, time sure does fly by fast. We've been talking about one thing for the past two hours, refrigerators. I don't know how it happened, but we did and I'm not complaining cause we shared some good laughs about it.

"What do you wanna eat, Innie?" I asked as we were waiting at the busstation, schoolbags on our backs. "Hmm, how about..you?" He joked, smirking at me as he does so, with a red hue on my cheeks I replied ironically, trying to sound as normal as I could. "Haha, you're so funny!" I took a deep breath and exhaled as he bus arrived. "Why thank you." We walked into the bus and scanned our cards before sitting down on a double seat near the back.

"Actually though, what do you wanna eat? We could just get ramen at a convenience store, you know?" "Mm, why don't we cook something? Though ramen does sound good." With a chuckle I leaned my head into the seat, "I just want some kimchi with it and everything's fine. I'm craving kimchi-" "And I'm craving your touch." I gave him a "are you serious?" look and he immediately went to defended himself, "What? That was a good one!" "Whatever, you don't know what you just got yourself into. I'm the best flirt ever. Not like you'd even know if someone is good- no one ever flirts with you." With a dramatic gasp from Jeongin the bus ride continued, in the end we didn't decided what were gonna eat and ended up at his house.

"I forgot your name, can I call you mine?" "You definitely looked that one up." "What do you mean?~ I would never~" "I can compare you with the summer cause you're so damn hot." "And you're telling me you didn't look that up." We were laying on my bed next to each other, her head at my feet and my head at hers, "You know, if I rolled on top of you right now we'd be in a 69 position." "See, Jeongin, the thing is you wouldn't do that. You don't have the guts." "I do! I just don't wanna make you uncomfortable." "What a sweetie you are." She chuckled. "No really, if I knew you won't feel uncomfy then I'd do it, maybe even take it further~" It was a risk to say the last part, but I just wanted to see her reaction. To my disappointment she only hummed, totally else where in her thoughts.

"Hey, are you an exam? Cause I've been studying you like crazy." "Hm, that does sound like you-" "I was joking! Wait- oh my god, I just thought of a wild one- oh fuck-" "Tell me already, you're making me curious~" "I- No. I'm not saying it." "Common~ I wanna know now!" "I- okay I guess.." She sat up and looked me straight in the eyes, but soon after averted her gaze with blush on her face. With a deep breath she crawled over to me, sitting on her knees beside my chest, she breathed out and placed her hands on both side beside my head. I followed her every move with my eyes, eyeing her hand especially. "I like your outfit.." She said with a small smile on her face and began playing with my collar. "but it would look even better on the floor." She held eye contact with me, her hair falling from behind her ears.

I swallowed. "I'm not saying that was kinda hot, but that was kinda hot." I couldn't concentrate on what he was saying, all I thought about were his lips. Never in a thousand years would I have thought I'd be dying to kiss him, yet here we are. His lips were pouty as my face inches closer and closer.

"No really, I'm so sorry. That was really stupid of me." "It's okay.." It was awkward to say the least, we both didn't know how to react - we were helpless, lost. Maybe I should'd tell him this, that's why I didn't, but that was my first kiss - if you could even call it that. He didn't even kiss back, but maybe that's for the better - i couldn't believe I've just done that.

The next couple of days were awkward - don't even get me started on dinner we had that day - the silence was loud. As the days passed the tension slowly faded away and we began to casually talk again, it's safe to say neither of us have forget the incident but we won't be talking about it for now. Although we didn't learn from our mistakes as we continued to jokingly flirt around after what felt like ages but was a week. The time spend without Jeongin was boring, compared to what I've gotten used to.

My life has always been quiet plain, not much expect school was happening so I spend most of my time studying and I liked it that way. Once I got into the second year of high school Jeongin suddenly popped up and started bothering me in the hallway, that was honestly the most social interactions I used to have all week. I eventually made some friends and began hanging out more and thats when our story started to become alive, now that I'm used to him I feel like nothing without him. I guess that's why I keep searching for him.

As I was laying on school roof, quietly listening to music from my phone, the door opened. I was hoping it was the younger - brown haired boy - but was disappointed when I saw Seungmin's figure approaching. "I mistook you for Innie again." I chuckled at him as he gave me a look and sat down next to me, looking at me with a smile. "I heard what happened."
