Hi everyone!
First off; Wow, I haven't touched this book in years, but also for a very good reason.
I started publishing this back in 2015 as a deprived 16-year-old high school student with no social life whatsoever and wrote this book just as an escape mechanism.
The fact that I'm 24 now blows my mind.
A lot has happened since then, including maturing into who I am right now as a person and different kind of writer.
This is why I'm going to discontinue this story and plan to revise/rewrite it into a new one.
This 'book' was a very ambitious project for me because I was a high school student writing about other high school students, but now I find it very hard to continue such a plot when I can barely remember the details of my uneventful days in high school anymore.
The outline for the new plot is first and foremost aging up the characters. By a lot.
So I'm thinking definitely senior college students as a minimum, perhaps even MA or PhD - because I'm a sucker for the academic tropes even to this day. I'm also considering scrapping this whole mysterious, mafia subplot I had going on and making it more contemporary.
Unfortunately, the publishing date is TBA, but I certainly hope there will be some interest when the day does arrive.
Until then, I will crawl back under my little rock and continue working so I have a more substantial plan for all of you to enjoy! xx
From your dearest author,
H
