Some time has pasted since Phantom's death. Both Leyla and Sakura's training are coming along well. Shaak Ti is teaching them well. She said they could reach the level of a Jedi Knight. U.S. Clone Troops Cloning Facility were finished being constructed and began producing more Clones, both for The U.S. and The Republic. Hera, who finished her Jedi training, arrived on Earth and joined The 1st Pennsylvania and Earth's Jedi Order. The Onderonian Civil War ended in a Rebel Victory. Darth Maul was found alive on Lotho Minor by Savage Oppress. The Nightsisters of Dathomir was all but extinct following a decisive C.I.S. victory. For Jay and his comrades, Things have been quiet. The Ninja World was dealing a threat of their own, The Akatsuki; who are on the verge of capturing all the Jinchūriki. During that time, Jay took Mollbry on their first date and, as promised, took her to see Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of The Opera. She loved the performance. It was also is first time to Phantom. Jay would say, in a journal entry, "I had a wonderful time with her and have been with a woman so beautiful".

Jay was mediating with Mollbry, his sisters, and his apprentice when he heard a familiar voice from weeks ago, when he was in the bacta tank. The voice was none other then Master Qui Gon Jinn who told him to go to Dagobah. Later that day, Jay told Mollbry, his sisters and his friends that he will be on a trip. He'll let them know when he will return. He remembered what Qui Gon said "Speak of this to no one."; referring to his training. He told them that he will contact them when he comes home. He placed Alex in charge in his place and Keeve to over see Britt's Jedi Training. While Jay was packing his starfighter, Mollbry came up to see him off. Back on Coreilla, before facing Phantom, Jay shared a quick kiss, as a token of good luck. Now, she did the same before Jay left. That caught Jay off guard and asked her what was that for. She replied, with a smile "Just because.". She happily turned her heel and made her to the doorway, to see Jay off. He got finished pack his Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor. His recently purchased, and most faithful companion, R5-P76, to who he nicknamed Sev, boarded the ship. Jay soon followed and took off. Plotting a course for Dagobah, his fighter went into lightspeed.

Exiting out of Hyperspace, Jay arrived at Dagobah, just as Qui Gon instructed. He told Sev to stay with the ship while he found a clearing to meditate. While he was meditating, he was greet by The Voice of Qui Gon Jinn. Jay later recalled the experience.

"As a spoke with Master Qui Gon, he took on the form of fireflies. I asked if either he or Jeffian could show themselves, as they did my dream. Qui-Gon explained to me that neither me or Jeffian had not been fully trained enough to do so. I asked him if he could see the future and who The Sith Lord Is. He led me to a cave, called The Cave of Evil, to where the answers were revealed. Once inside, I saw the terrible visions. Clones turning against their generals and killing them, hooded Sith Lord slaughtering the Jedi and voices of the past, present and future crying out. The visions I saw will haunt me to the grave. Master Qui Gon told me that he would help him bring hope for the future, and directed me to the planet that spawned the midi-chlorians. That place in The Wellspring of Life. Once I arrived, I was greeted with the Force Priestesses, who agreed to teach him how to achieve life after death. First, I was confronted two manifestations. The first was my own dark side and the second was me as a Sith Lord. The first I defeated by conquering my hubris and the second I defeated by conquering my fear and disarming him and, like the first manifestation, he banished him. Next, I witnessed a vision of the massacred in the the state of Nevada, where an apparition of a dying Jeffian asked me why did I save him from Phantom's Blade. Take note, the vision I had was a manifestation of my guilt over the death of Jeffian and for not being strong enough to save him. Just then, an apparition of Female Togruta Jedi appeared and invited me to enter a peaceful courtyard to escape these painful events. Once there, I saw  Master Qui-Gon Jinn, alive again, Master Kenobi, Jeffian Frihard, and Ven Hamall, alive again, but redeemed, together. At first, I was beginning to feel like I was at peace, but, eventually, I realized that the vision was nothing more than a falsehood, overcoming its temptation and my attachment to those that have fallen I pointed that Jeffian died in Nevada, Qui Gon died 12 years ago, Ven died a traitor and Dooku is a traitor Both of them turned into a savage Sith Lords.
