This story takes place BEFORE operation tiger bomb so Flippy doesnt have PTSD yet so he just gonna be a chill guy. while watching the winter soldier, i thought- "Hey what if splendid joined the army and helped fight the tiger army and pulled a hot bitch while doing it?" So that's how this piece of dogshit was born.
