You've arrived at the kingdom. Compared to the other provinces you've crossed, it is by far the biggest. Surrounded by towering walls with guards every couple of meters. You go up to the gate where a guard stops you.
GRD: State your name! RHT: (They really doing this? I'll just come up with something so they let me through.) My name is Mare Croft. I'm from the centre. GRD: Mare, huh? What is your reason for coming? RHT: I've come on a reconnaissance mission. I'm part of the soul scouts. GRD: Hmm... very well. You can continue, Mare. RHT: Thank you. Have a nice day.
You pass the gate and enter the kingdom.
CHAR: Mare is such a boring name. RHT: It was the best I could come up with. CHAR: You're a boring person. RHT: You're dead. Dead people don't talk. CHAR: Hmph! RHT: I've got to make my way to the knights' location. Where could they possibly be? CHAR: Maybe ask that old woman?
You approach the old woman whose sweeping the floor and ask her where the knights located.
WMN: The knight usually stays over there. She trains almost all day so we rarely see her. Her father takes care of the knight work for her. RHT: I see. Thank you very much. WMN: Don't mention it.
You start heading over to the knights square.
CHAR: Personally, I think you'll get beaten badly. RHT: That's not very encouraging. CHAR: I know, hehe. RHT: The kingdom's lively. CHAR: Wonder how they'll feel after you murder their beloved knight. RHT: Yeah, they won't be so happy then.
You arrive at the knights square. It's a part of the kingdom secluded in the corner. It has access to the massive cliff observing the ocean. You move to the gate and to your suprise, there is no one guarding it.
CHAR: Weird. Thought there would be someone. RHT: Could be a trap. Gotta stay vigilant.
You enter the building. It's really dark inside. The only thing you can hear is the sound of insects crawling around. You cross the building and arrive at the knights room. There's no one there.
