Chapter 10 - Behind The Bleachers

Ok, just a bit of a warning, this chapter has a fight scene in it. In case any of you don't like violence, I put this here. I'll put a summary of the chapter at the very end. You're welcome!

Gemini's POV

I was just chilling in my bed. I was texting Libra but had gotten kinda bored so I told her I had to go. I set my phone beside me. I didn't know what else to do. I got a notification on my phone picked it back up.

The conversation:

'Hey'
'This is Geminea'

'Why do u have my number? I never gave it to u'

'I forced your cousin to give it to me'

'Which one?'

'Capricorn'

'Oh'
'Anyways what do you want?'

'A fight'
'Me and you'
'To see who's better'
'But you can't tell anyone about this'

'1 - that makes no sense 2 - why?'

'Why what?'

'Why can't I tell anyone about it?'

'I want a secret fight'

'Ok-'

'Your just gonna agree to this right away?'

'Idc, imma win anyways'

'No you wont!'

'Ya I will'

'Shut up!'

'Ayo! Don't threaten my cousin!'

'Who is this?!'

'Capricorn!'

'I told u not to tell Gemini!'

'Well you shouldn't have challenged me to a fight'

'Yeah!'

'Shut up Capricorn!'

'You shut up!'

'Whatever, your just afraid to lose Gemini!'

'You and me tomorrow 4:00 behind the bleachers'

'Fine'

'Gemini you idiot-'

(Time skip to tomorrow)

I walked to the bleachers. Capricorn had followed me. "You're an idiot. You don't go picking fights!" She ranted. "Says you." I scoffed. "And besides, she started it." I was unusually serious about this. Capricorn sighed and stayed because, I quote "she's not gonna let her little cousin die." Geminea was waiting for me. As I thought. "So you came along too?" Geminea noticed Capricorn. "I'm not just gonna let you kill my cousin. I'll be refereeing, I guess." Capricorn stood between us. "I will also step in if it gets too hectic. Geminea." Capricorn eyed her as she said that. Capricorn stepped back and allowed the fight to happen.

Geminea took the first strike and punched the glasses off of my face. Luckily, I didn't really need my glasses to see. I struck back by punching Geminea in the stomach. We threw punches for a bit. Until Geminea kicked me down. She pinned me and put her foot on my neck. That limited my airways and it was getting harder to breathe. Capricorn then stepped in and pushed away Geminea. "Get outta this!" Geminea then uppercutted Capricorn's jaw, which then knocked off her glasses. But unlike me, Capricorn couldn't see well without her glasses. I pounced on Geminea and punched her in the nose, which broke her nose and caused it to bleed. Geminea looked angry and she tried to choke me to death! Capricorn stopped that by attacking Geminea. They got into a big fist fight. "Find the glasses!" Capricorn commanded me as she got punched in the face. However, Capricorn still couldn't see well. I saw a pair of glasses nearby and tried them on. Oh god- everything was way to close to my face. These are definitely Capricorn's. I took them off and continued to look for mine. Behind me, I caught sight of another pair, they had a crack in them. I put them on and it was perfect outside of the crack, but that's fine. Felt good to have these back. Capricorn was shoved to the ground. I rushed to her and put her glasses on for her. She quickly murmured a "Thanks" as she got back up and smacked Geminea to the ground.

"What is going on here?!" All three of us jumped as Mr. Draco had an exasperated look on his face. We got caught. "You three are in very big trouble.." Mr. Draco shook his head. We all followed him and Nurse Columba bandaged up all of us. Mr. Draco then escorted us to our cars. On the way, "This is all your fault Capricorn!" Geminea blurted out. "My fault?! You've got a lot of nerve saying that. You started it!" Capricorn yelled. "Here we go again, the 'I didn't do it, you did' thing." I rolled my eyes. "It's too late for this-" Mr. Draco sighed. Capricorn and Geminea argued back and forth all the way to the car.

(At Capricorn and Gemini's house)

"Oh my god- what happened to you two!" My aunt, Capricorn's mom, spoke up, noticing the bandages. "One name, Geminea." Capricorn sounded- and looked -annoyed. "What happened?" My aunt repeated herself and walked up to us both. "Geminea challenged Gemini to a fight and I had to step in." Capricorn sighed. My aunt checked the injuries we both had. "Geminea got mad then I got caught up in the stupid drama." Capricorn huffed, crossing her arms. "You should have went for her throat Capricorn. That way, Geminea would've left both of you alone sooner." My uncle, Capricorn's dad, walked up to us. My aunt hit him on his head. "Don't listen to your father, he's a blockhead." She pushed him away. "I appreciate that you defended your cousin, but you still shouldn't have fought back." My aunt raised her eyebrow. "Yeah, but what else could I have done? Gently shove Geminea against a wall and politely ask her to leave?" Capricorn rolled her eyes, being sarcastic. "You are such a daddy's girl Capricorn." My aunt sighed, rolled her eyes playfully. Capricorn huffed and face planted on the couch. I just went back to my room. Don't have anything else to do so, might as well. As I face planted on my bed like I always do. A thought came up. My mom. She died when I was only four. I've missed her, but unlike my brother, I know how to keep smiling, even though she isn't here to make me smile. But, as long as I can keep her spirit alive, I'm happy. Scorpio has recovered since she passed, but I can tell he still is a bit depressed. That's okay though. He is still my older brother. And even if he seems like a depressed emo dude all the time, I still love him just as much as I love my entire family. And even if I look like I've been run over by a dump truck, I'm still the same happy-go-lucky girl I've always been!

Summary: Geminea challenged Gemini to a fight, Capricorn found out about it, all three got into a fight, got caught and then got bandaged up and went home.
