Y1 Vol6: Last day trickery

(Ayanokoji Kiyotaka's POV)

today marks the last day for our group studies, keisei,haruka and akito had already finished up their studying and so did i alongside them.

the only thing left to do for this overly peaceful exam is stop the snake from where it's slithering to,horikita alongside yuuichi and i had planned this for quite a while, a way to give back a little bit of appreciation to our little snake.

which is why i sit in absolute lonesome awaiting a certain someone's arrival, he's quite late than usual but i suppose even he has his moments.

"ah! sorry i am late ayanokoji-kun" a familiar voice said to my left which made me glance a look at them.

"hirata...it's fine"i said as hirata approached me and sat beside me.

"did i keep you waiting for long?"

"not really, is it done?" i asked as i glanced a look at the file he's holding.

he smiled brightly at me before saying.

"yes! i have prepared this list of questions and everyone who isn't you or yuuichi thinks it's the one we will use"

"good, i will send you a file containing the real questions we'll send, me and horikita prepared these questions which should fit the exam criteria" i said as i tapped my phone a small moment

"that's good! i'll be sure to print them as soon as i wake up tomorrow morning, i have another file like this i will put them in it and present them to hiratsuka-sensei then!"

i nodded at him affirming the small plan we have planned, this technically is half of it, the other half will be up to ayano and the others to execute.

"how is karuizawa doing?" i asked as i looked up to the sky.

"ahh...she is doing fine, a bit different than who she was before the kageguchi exam but still kind of the same" he replied with a saddened look.

"ayano says she stopped playing leader for the girls, is it because they look down on her for her past?"

"no no no!, matsushita-san and maya-san have been extremely supportive of her!, they're all still friends and hang out with one another, the only issue they face is with a group of class D girls who keep badmouthing karuizawa-san"

"a group of class D girls...you know their names?" i asked with a curious look.

"uhm...no sadly, sorry ayanokoji-kun" he replied as he scratched the back of his neck.

it's not really an issue not knowing their names, it will all be done soon enough and ryuuen will have to leash his dogs.

*ring ring ring*

hirata's phone rang in his pockets making him jump a little.

"ahh...looks like i have to go, sorry ayanokoji-kun" hirata said with a giggle as he showed me his phone showing karuizawa is calling.

i nodded at him and he waved me goodbye.

horikita recently told me ayano skipped out on one of their group studies, though oddly enough it was on the same day as the parent-teacher meeting which me and yuuichi and ryuuji spent in absolute lonliness after the day ended.

perhaps i should call her and see how she is doing and what happened.

"hello kiyo!" a familiar voice called out to me as i sat leaning on the bench.

i opened my eyes and before me was a familiar brown haired girl with a red scarf, talk about a coincidence

"ayano huh, hello" i said as i got up from the bench.
