Luke: I should...

She quickly interrupted him with a finger on his lips. Nodding her head, she began kissing him again, her kisses were sweet as honey...

He grabbed her waist and stroked her back and began to send soft kisses down her neck and exposed shoulders along with her collarbone.

She moaned with delight as she felt his soft lips on her skin. They locked eyes, and that one look said everything for which words would have been useless.

Kara: I want...

She indicated her intention with a finger, and he didn't even have to guess what it was.

Luke: Are you sure ...

He said peppering her neck with kisses.

She looked up at him with a look that spoke for everything.

Kara: After Krypton I realized I don't want to waste any more time, I love you, Luke.

She said while finding his Adam's apple and kissing and nuzzling it.

He groaned with pleasure as he quickly pulled off her tank top which finally revealed her black bra that covered her C cup breasts. At the same time, she quickly took his shirt off, revealing his athletic muscular body.

Holding her ass while her legs wrapped around his waist, he went to the door of her room carrying her. In their heat of passion door closed behind them and only sounds that were heard during night were moans and groans of two lovers.

Sector 2682, Thanagar mining complex

3rd P.O.V

The Ring of Will, emanating a green light in the darkness belonging to one of the Green Lanterns, passing through the dark corridor of the mining complex that belonged to Thanagar.

The Lantern passed the corpses of slain or mutilated Thanagarians, everyone he had met so far was dead.

Hearing a sound at the end of the tunnel, he quickened his pace and continued.

Green Lantern: Hello, is anyone there?

No one answered, suddenly he heard a crash of rocks and quickly followed the sound.

Finally, he reached the end of the tunnel where he found two more mutilated bodies, but this one had had their wings ripped off and judging by their faces they had been done alive as blood was soaked all around.

Green Lantern: Damn, who could have done this to them?

Covering his mouth with his hand from the stench.

He scanned the bodies and blood with his ring, but not all of it came from Thanagarians, some had residue from the people of Raan.

He then heard another sound and this time closer and behind him. He turned around in a blink of an eye and pointed the light into the darkness of the tunnel.

Green Lantern: Who's there? Show yourself, if you have anything to do with this massacre, come out and I promise you'll get a fair trial at the OA.

The sounds came closer, filling the darkness-laden tunnel.

Green Lantern: I warn you, come...

He didn't finish his sentence when a red flash of light hit him from above, and then it was over.

Metropolis next morning

3rd P.O.V

As the sun's rays shone into the room, Luke admired a different view.

He had been admiring his girlfriend's graceful curves for a few minutes now as she lay cuddled up against him, her golden blonde hair spread over his shoulder and pillow.

He ran a finger over her soft cheek, thinking how lucky he was to have met her.

Last night had been more than sex between two people, it had been an expression of deep and powerful emotions.

After a moment her eyes opened a pair of crystal blue eyes met another.

Kara: Hey.

She said in almost a whisper.

Luke: Hey, beautiful.

Leaning down he captured her lips.

Luke: How did you sleep?

Kara: Best sleep I've ever had, and you?

Luke: Well to sum it up it was the most amazing night with the most amazing girl in the galaxy.

Kara laughed lightly and looked around confused.

Kara: Why is the bed lower than I remember?

Looking around the area, he saw how the posts and frames of the bed were down and the bed itself was on the ground.

Luke: Uhh... we broke the bed; I'm not even surprised considering how strong we both are.

Kara smiled and sat up taking the blanket and covering her chest.

Sensing her mood, he took her into his arms, and she squealed with surprise.

Luke: What's on your mind?

Kara: Our bond is complete; we are mates for life. According to our customs, we are husband and wife now.

She said with a sigh.

Luke slowly leaned over and softy they both kissed, Kara immediately reciprocated, and they slowly folded on the bed.

Time lost notion around them and they both focused on each other until Luke league comm beeped.

They pulled away and glanced at each other.

Kara: No rest for the wicked hmm?

Luke: Yeah.

He leaned on the coffee table and took his communicator from the pocket of his jeans.

Luke: Iam listening, what do you need?

Instead of Bruce he heard Hal.

Hal Jordan: Luke are you awake, am I disturbing you?

Luke: I'm awake now what do you need?

Hal Jordan: I want you to meet me at the Hall of Justice.

Luke: Okay, I'll be there.
