CHIEF ELDER APPROACHES SHADE AND ATTEMPTS TO TAKE OFF HIS SHADOW SUIT BUT INSTEAD PULLS HIS HAIR.

Huh. That's a pretty intricate suit. You must have spent a lot of money on it. Time and money that would have been spent wisely if you put it into something more... productive.

I don't necessarily need to know who you are to put you in cuffs. You'll have to remove the suit sooner or later and when you do; you'll already be in custody, so it won't even matter.
SHADE HEARS RADIO CHATTER OF A CAR ACCIDENT FROM ELDER'S RADIO.

SHADE SUMMONS A SHADOW CLONE THAT PICKS HIM UP, THROWS HIM INTO THE AIR AND CHIEF ELDER GLARES AT SHADE WITH DISDAIN.

WHILE IN THE AIR SHADE FINDS LEVERAGE TO WRIGGLE OUT OF THE BOLAS, DODGES THE BULLETS FROM THE COPS, AND LANDS ON THE CATWALK OF THE BILLBOARD. SHADE SINKS ONTO THE SIGN ON THE BILLBOARD AS THEY BEGIN SHOOTING AT HIM AGAIN AND NOTICE A FIRE TRUCK SPEEDING DOWN THE ROAD. SHADE SCALES THE TERRAIN TO GET TO THE FIRE TRUCK AND RIDES ON THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK AS IT'S MAKING ITS WAY TO THE ACCIDENT. GETTING CLOSE TO THE SCENE, THE FIRE ENCOUNTERS A LOT OF TRAFFIC.
[Firefighter Captain]
Why the hell isn't anyone moving out of the way? Don't they see the damn lights?

I suppose people trying to rubber neck isn't helping either.

Where the hell are the cops? Shouldn't they be learning traffic?

I can see the berries. It just looks like nothing is moving. We don't have time for this. From the sounds of it, it seemed like that car could give out at any moment.
SHADE LOOKS UP THE ROAD FROM ON TOP OF THE FIRE ENGINE AND SEES THE TRAFFIC JAM. SHADE THEN KNOCKS ON THE DRIVER'S DOOR OF THE FIRE ENGINE SURPRISING THE FIRE CREW.
