Preface:

You know the saying, "they couldn't hurt a fly"? That used to describe me, before I died. Death is feared by many, one of the biggest mysteries. After experiencing it myself, I would call it transforming rather than abrupt. A harsh lesson to a girl who trusted too easily, who would never dream of being a villain. I was naïve and simple but, as I stood there with this man's warm heart in my hands...blood dripping down my forearm, I smirked. Death was waiting for me my whole life. I sank down into a crouch in front of the dying man, my head ever so slight tilted, my teeth bared in justified anger. 
"To all of those that oppose me and mine..." my gaze flickered out into the stunned room, "this is only the beginning
