Chapter 2 – A jinchūriki who has a fever.

At night, the sky looks bright, the stars can be seen adorning the night sky today which is so beautiful. It's a shame the night sky couldn't make the condition of a young man with spiky blond hair improve. He seemed to lie down, trying to sleep.

After a long time trying to fall asleep the young man seemed to open his eyelids heavily and the first thing he saw was an angel with that beautiful blonde hair.

He found Gabriel sitting by his bed, and stared at him. It seems this is not a dream.

'Ughh... How long have I been asleep?'

'About three hours.'

The girl answered briefly. The girl then helped the young man to sit on the edge of his bed and handed him a cup of hot tea. Naruto then without thinking drank the tea because he felt very thirsty.

He found himself feeling a little better, perhaps?

Then he realized when he felt his forehead feel cold, he then used his hand to check and sure enough, he found a heat-reducing compress placed on his forehead.

He didn't have this thing in the first aid kit in his apartment, maybe the girl had bought it.

'Thank you.' He said briefly to the girl.

'You're welcome.' Answer the girl gently.

That answer made her smile softly without realizing it.

He still couldn't believe that this angel girl wanted to take care of him just because he felt guilty. Shouldn't he be more careful when dealing with the opposite sex? Is it possible because the girl feels that she is only human so she can be this relaxed? He didn't want to think about it any longer, because it would only make his head hurt more.

Unknowingly he saw the girl had returned from somewhere. He was seen walking towards her carrying a tray. The girl then sat back on the side of his bed.

'I made your porridge. Eat, at least a little.' Said the girl, while trying to feed him.

Instead of accepting the girl's help, Naruto froze in place. It wasn't that he didn't want the girl's help. He just couldn't stop thinking that the girl wanted to help him this far.

'If what you're asking for is ramen then I'm sorry. I've thrown away all the unhealthy food.' he snapped angrily. 'Besides, what kind of person fills all his food supplies with instant noodles, you should think more about your health.' He continued at length.

'Looks like I don't have to bother watching you anymore. Your wife has done well.' Said Kurama with his fox grin.

'She's not my wife, and again she's an angel.' Naruto's correction.

'Is there anything against you marrying an angel?'

'I'll cover your mouth with Rasenshuriken later.'

'Hoho... We'll see.'

'Uzumaki-san?' Gabriel asked trying to confirm something. 'I'll eat it if you don't want to.'

'No, no, sorry. I will eat it.'

Naruto then accepted the porridge the angel had made, even feeding him. Naruto felt ashamed of himself.

When he opened his mouth, he could taste Gabriel's porridge. Damn, there isn't anything an angel can't do, he thought. The proof is that he can make this delicious porridge, if it's Naruto, he probably won't be able to make this delicious porridge. Don't make porridge, just cook, he's too lazy to do it. He was better off going to the supermarket to buy instant ramen or going to a ramen shop for dinner.

Naruto ate the porridge slowly, there was no conversation between the two. Unknowingly he had finished a full bowl of porridge. Gabriel then put the tray he brought onto a table not far from there. He then handed Naruto a wet towel. Naruto who understood the meaning of the girl accepted the towel and unknowingly took off the shirt he was wearing. Gabriel who was still there froze in silence, his white face dyed with a blush.

'At least pay attention to your surroundings first!' Gabriel said in a low tone while turning his face to the side.

Naruto felt strange because he thought he had done nothing wrong. He then looked at the girl and saw her face turning red. He froze in place, staring at the cute face that belonged to the angel.

'Are you going to keep looking at him?'

Naruto hastily wiped his body with the towel that Gabriel had just given him. If it wasn't for Kurama warning him just now, he could have stared at the girl for hours.

'Unlucky. Not only his face, but his attitude is no less cute.'

Their relationship, according to Naruto wasn't close enough to convey how cute he was, and maybe Gabriel would find him weird if all of a sudden.
