The Boardroom...

THEO'S POV

Being quiet about my feelings had cost me to lose her to another man for almost a year so know I had her, right in front of me... I wasn't planning on letting her go until I showed her exactly how I felt about her.

"Theo..." She whispered.

"You keep looking at me like that... and I don't know why..."

Fuck it

If I was going to lose everything, she's a damn good reason for it.

"I lost you for a year Ellia and I'll be dammed if I let you walk out of this boardroom without showing you exactly how I feel."

She looked confused by my words but her mind soon caught up when I moved my hand from her waist, up along the side of her body, over her collar bones and finally rested at the side of her neck.

"Tell me to stop at anytime and we'll act like this never happened but until the word stop comes out of that sweet little mouth, I'm going to presume you want me to keep going"

Not a word came out of her mouth but her eyes never broke contact with mine so I knew she understood what was about to happen.

I slowly lowered my lips to hers again, hovering before I actually touched them and smirking when I saw her leaning in towards me because the distance between us was too much.

After 20 years of friendship, I had finally had the balls to kiss her and god I wish I hadn't waited so long. 

I automatically took control, what was happening right now could totally ruin everything between us so I was going to make the most of the one chance I had and clearly she felt the same.

Things quickly got heated as I moved my hand to the front of her neck and gripped it either side, she gasped and opened her eyes, staring up into mine.

"Yes.."

"Good."

I reconnected our lips but only for a few seconds until I used the hand around her neck to make her face turn to the side and I slid my lips across her cheeks and down to her neck. I sucked on her neck hard knowing that I would leave a bruise.

I moved my face away from her neck to admire the purply, red artwork I had left on her skin.
