The journey to Nevermore was quiet, after hearing about Wednesday dumping piranha into the pool to get revenge, Mortica and Gomez kept to themselves. Wednesday didn't mind it at all, she enjoyed the soundless environment. The Addams didn't exactly judge Wednesday for her actions they were only disappointed with the fact she had been expelled from her eighth school. They would never admit it but they secretly wanted their daughter to succeed and feel normal. Wednesday wasn't happy about going to Nevermore, she was told she would finally being amongst peers who understand her and that she would possibly make a few friends, but those words only made her uncomfortable for some reason.
TIME SKIP TO PRINCIPAL WEEMS' OFFICE
"Wednesday is certainly such a unique name, i'm guessing it's the day of the week you were born?" principal Weems questioned with a big but half fake smile
"i was born on Friday the 13th" Wednesday almost immediately responds
"Her name comes from my favourite nursery rhyme, Wednesday's child is full of woe" Mortica proudly confessed, earning a sigh from her daughter
"You always had a unique perspective on the world Mortica, did your mother tell you we were roommates back in the day?" weems asks earning a concerned look from Mortica
"And you graduated with your sanity intact?, impressive." Wednesday said clearly seeing an opportunity to annoy her mother which without a doubt worked as she gave Wednesday an unimpressed look
"Nevermore doesn't usually accept students mid term but giving your family history and Wednesday's perfect grades, i've spoken to the board and we've made an exception"
"What about Wednesday's um, therapy sessions?" Mortica asks cautiously
"This school has a relationship with a therapist in Jericho" Weems responds
"Did you hear that my little storm cloud, your in excellent hands" Gomez proudly says
"we'll see if she survives the first session" Wednesday is quick to respond, she knew that she would find a way to escape this place which meant she wouldn't be attending these therapy sessions
"I've assigned you to your mothers old dorm, ophelia hall" Weems stated followed by an extremely happy expression from Mortica
"Shall we go and meet your new roommate?" Weems asks with bright smile
