A little girl named Phinix

CHAPTER 1: Who is Phinix

Phinix Mei Lee was an 8-year girl living an everyday life until her mother died from cancer 3 years ago at 29. And ever since then, her dad became an alcoholic, and he would beat Phinix for minor things, she would just try to help her dad, or she would sneak out the door when he wasn't looking and run to her secret spot to clear her mind and get away from his abusive ways.

But when she would come home and try to get back in the house quietly, he would already have drunk two-three cases of beer or four wine bottles, and he would get an idea of turning the fun games that she likes to play, into her worst nightmare. And he would tell Phinix that they were going to play hide and seek, and she would be so excited because it was her favorite game. 

^ So, he would tell Phinix to go hide, and he would tell her she has 5 minutes, which gives him to drink, and when he found her, he would hit her with the wine or beer bottle in the head until she went unconscious. But today......was going to be a little different.^
