The Abysses Delvers

Prologue

Year 20XX

the Abyss, a mysterious chasm located on Orth Island where many challenge this place, in hopes of Glory, Adventure, Treasure and much more

many die in the Abyss while few thrive, to try and keep the people going in more regulated people of Orth Island created the Delver's Guild where if someone wants to go into the Abyss, they first must become an Official Delver

the Guild used Whistle Ranks to help regulate where people could go in the Known Abyss, and they made sure that everyone knew

Bell- Trainee, Not Allowed in the Abyss

Red Whistle- Apprentice, allowed into the First Layer Only

Blue Whistle- Adept, allowed into the Second Layer, commonly 15 years and up

Moon Whistle- Teachers for Bells and Reds, allowed into the 3rd and 4th Layers

Black Whistle- Experts, allowed into the 5th Layer

White Whistle- Legends, the best of the best, no limit on the Layers, very few achieve this

during the time of the Abyss, almost every child wanted to become a White Whistle and explore the depths of the Abyss but on a single year, everything changed

a baby in Qing Qing city China suddenly radiated light with no known reason

after some time, children across the world started to do similar things from telekinesis to fire breathing causing chaos across the world

many governments pulled out of Orth making it go abandoned with people not wanting to be left behind with some staying such as Bondrewd Sovereign of Dawn who never thought about life outside the Abyss

due to the sudden change in humanity many forgot about the Abyss, causing it to fall into legends, myths and tall tales' people would tell their children as bedtime stories while Meta-Abilities or soon to be called Quirks would become mainstream

Artifacts from the Abyss would soon go missing with people losing them and them just not working anymore caused the Abyss to become even more myth-like

but after a few years some people went missing with no known reason, mostly children leaving many families distraught at their missing child, most of the time they had some kind of Meta Ability while some had none

before the Rise of Heroes many Vigilantes tried to figure out why the children kept going missing while they may never figure it out the missing children became a Mystery which has gone one since it started

even the best-known vigilantes of old and Heroes of today couldn't figure it out other than the strange appearance of a strange man in all back with a line of pinkie purple going down his head, even as some set traps for him they never worked

it's as if he knew about them before hand and just didn't show up

soon it was the year 2314 and a certain 4-year-old had just visited a Quirk Doctor to learn about their Quirk, but little did they know it would be the start of their journey to legends

Doctor Tsubasa- kid I'm sorry but your unlikely to develop a Quirk

Inko- that's... is something wrong with them after all doctors? most of the other children in the class have already manifested their Quirks, Izuku's the only one who hasn't

Doctor Tsubasa- excuse me, but your 4th generation, right? may i ask about your Quirk?

Inko- of course, i can pull small objects towards me, my husband can also breath fire

she demonstrated this by pulling little Izuku's All Might toy towards him

Doctor Tsubasa- well normally, by age 4 children would develop one of those Quirks, in the past when superpowers first started to show up the results of an early research study was published, it became common practice to see if the pinkie toe joint was missing or not, when body parts aren't used their deemed unnecessary
