Madelyn Jones had the perfect night all planned out, it was her nineteenth birthday, and all she wanted to do was relax at home, watching season three of 'The Vampire Diaries' on Netflix, and eating way too many unhealthy snacks that she would have to work off tomorrow. It may not sound fun, but she just finished her first year of College at UCLA, so a night of relaxation at home, while her loud, party girl best friend and room mate, Katie, went out, that was all she wanted for her birthday.

But apparently, that wasn't going to happen.

She looked at the Cheetos, Oreo's, Pretzels, and bags of chips and popcorn that she had laid across the coffee table, and the TV, paused on Damon Salvatore, looking rather sexy, before looking back to her best friend.

"Katie, this is all I want to do for my birthday, I don't want to go out to a club, look, I got all of my favorite snacks out already, maybe tomorrow?" She asked.

"No, you say that every weekend, you've said that all year. 'Maybe next weekend, Maybe Saturday, blah, blah, blah. Get your butt up, march into your bedroom and get ready to go." She said, crossing her arms.

"Don't make me cancel your Netflix, I will if I have to." Katie threatened.

"You don't even know my password, and it's on MY credit card, how are you going to cancel it exactly?" Maddie asked with a smirk.

"I have my ways, and I know your password is the name of your dog in Minnesota." Katie told her. "Now go." She said, shooing her off of the couch.

"Fine, but promise we'll be home by midnight." She said to her best friend as she walked into the bedroom

"I promise." Katie said excitedly, her blue eyes sparkling.

Katie was the model of perfection. Brown hair that fell in natural waves down her back, ocean blue eyes, and tan skin. She was five seven, and had a perfect body, without having to work for it.

Maddie was five three, with brown hair that also fell in natural waves, with light green eyes and long, dark eyelashes that made her light eyes stand out even more, she had a nice body, but unlike Katie, she worked hard for it, she went running every morning and went to the gym at least three times a week, not that she minded, working out was a great stress reliever.

After taking a relaxing shower, she got dressed in a short black dress, with a pair of red bottom heels.

After doing some light make up, Maddie walked out of her room ready to go. "Are you ready? It's nine, so we have three hours." Maddie said with a smile as she picked up her purse.

"Yes!!! Let's go." Katie said excitedly. "I'll drive." She added, walking to her car. Maddie got in and soon they were at the hottest club in town, Club Zing.

They waited in line for about twenty minutes to enter the club, then made their way to the bar to get drinks. Two shots of tequila, and two margaritas." Katie said, flashing her ID. She just turned twenty one last month, so she was able to get them both drinks, while the young, fit bartender flirted with her.
