You are an Elder planning for the next season. You have no more ideas since you used all of them up on a season you made before this. Since you thought of giving up and felt burnt-out, you decided to take a walk outside the temple. There was suddenly a sparkle from afar right beside you. Distracted, you eagerly looked at it and it was a beautiful constellation (you can think of any constellation that isn't in the game yet lol). It had filled you with determination... plus the needed inspiration. After staring at it for a few minutes, you decided to go back to your desk and continue planning.
