Cuphead was staying over at yours for the night without mugman again as mugman didn't want to sleep over tonight.
You and cuphead were happily talking about whatever came to mind as you showed him around the house a bit more until you came upon your room.
With drawings of your raptor form as well as paintings of the woods and lushuss green fields the cup looked around in awe.
"Woah did you draw these?"
"Uhh yeah yeah I did..sorry there not the best."
"You kiddin these are amazing! But what's that?"
He pointed to a pumpkin candy bowl.
"My halloween candy"
"You still have halloween candy? Its December! gosh you and mugsy would get along more ya both savour your candy!"
"That's because it lasts longer"
"Blech I rather just eat it all"
"Then you have no candy and get jealous of mugman yes?"
"Well Yeah...."
"Your hungry arent you?"
"Kinda...I'm starvin!~"
"Okay okay i'll go make dinner..."
You left the room with a gentle shut of the door and entered the kitchen beginning to make homemade hotdogs because you both love them so much.
After a while you were all done.
"Cuphead dinners ready I made hotdogs!"
He didn't come.
Okay something was wrong this was cuphead we're talking about he never says no to hotdogs..
You walked back to your room and opened the door only to find rubbish on the floor..he had eaten all your candy..
He was running around and jumping on your bed like a crazy person.
Sugar high..
"Cuphead-"
"Y/N! Y/N! Y/N! can we race? can we? can we? Can We?!" He stated very quickly
"You ate all my candy.." you saddly replied...he froze and looked at the candy ceasing his jumping.
"...oops..I'll make it up to ya I promise first let's race race race!" He quickly replied running over and around you.
"I don't think that's a good ide-"
"3! 2! 1! Go!"
He bolted.
"Cuphead!"
You ran after him but he ran around and dodged all your attempts to catch him.
How was he so fast?! Surely the Sugar didn't give him this much speed!.
You did your best running after the cup soon coming close behind him he laughed.
"Hahahahaha! You can't catch me ya to slow!" He dodged your attempt again jumping off the kitchen table.
"Cuphead you need to slow down!"
"Uhuh! I'm havin to much fun!"
"But your making a mess can you at least calm down a little?"
"No way why don't ya join in?!"
"Cuphead please your going to hurt your self or have a-"
"I can't hear ya! Ohhh what does this thin do!"
"Cuphead no!"
To late the cup jumped up and in the process of looking at something broke a lamp.
"Oopsie~" He stated with a grin.
"Cuphead!"
"I ain't to worried about it I'll get ya another one!...wait...I smell hot dogs!!"
He bolted into the kitchen.
"Cuphead wait those are for us to-"
You got to the kitchen...again to late..
He had already eaten them all.
"Share..."
"*burp* what were you sayin?"
"I was saying-"
"Oh neat I didn't know ya had one of these!"
He bolted over to your radio.
"Cuphead!!" You cried
The cup skidded to a stop upon hearing you cry but then pain stars appeared above his head.
"Ughhhh my head...why do I feel so sleeepy~ what happened?"
He turned to you and noticed your upset welled up eye state.
"Baby what's wrong?"
"Take a look around...."
He did.
"Oh....I can explain really i-""
"First you eat my candy and go on a sugar high then you break my lamp..and now...now you've eaten the hotdogs I made for us-us to share.." you sniffled whiping a tear.
"Y/N I didn't mean to..I'll make it up to ya..here you sit."
He walked over and took your hand sitting you on the couch he bolted off and you didn't know were until he came out of nowhere and started cleaning..he cleaned all the mess he made then dissappeared again.
After sometime he didn't come back so you went to look for him.
Only to find him asleep on your floor.
He had cleaned up the rubbish to..
The Sugar crash must of knocked him out.
You smiled gently at the cup.
"Oh cuphead..."
You picked him up and lifted him gently over your shoulder like a baby..
Taking him to the couch..placing him gently down.
You went to your bedroom and took out a spare pillow and blanket from your cupboard walking back to the living room and sofa you gently lifted the cups head to put the pillow underneath then placed the blanket on top tucking the cup in.
"Goodnight cuphead..sleep well"
You hesitantly leant in to peck his cheek but decided against it after account of what happened last time..but then you shrugged it off and gave him the win with a small one on the side of his cheek.
"Thank you.."
You blushed deeply and went off to bed
