Natalia's POV.
I was just a normal teenager with loving parents, friends,boyfriend. I didn't really put a lot of thinking about me being a werewolf because everyone around me is a werewolf as well.

And then I always dreamt of finding my mate, I don't know why but I didn't see Evan my boyfriend as my mate, I liked him but it didn't feel like it was forever.

The more I spend with him, the more I feel that I should find my mate. It wasn't fair to him that I was waiting for my mate, so I'm right here currently in his pack house waiting for him to come back, so I will have the chance to explain to him that we needed to break up.

I was fidgeting with my shirt when he finally showed up, he looked handsome as ever as he leaned in to kiss me, I backed away from him.

He furrowed his eyebrows and started pacing back and forth, he kneeled down and started saying.

"Tell me you're not here to break up with me". He said as his eyes pleaded with me.

He knows?.

" I'm sorry Evan, its for the best if I find my mate then I will just hurt you because you'll just fall for me even harder". I said while holding his hand, it looked like his wolf was threatening to come out but he fought it.

"But I loved you, i still do". His voice croaked out.

I couldn't say it, I couldn't say I love you back because it will only hurt him even more. I kissed his cheek for the very last time and started to walk away when I heard him mutter something to himself and I swore when I looked back at him I saw a tear fall down in his cheeks.

It hurt, yes it did. Even though we've dated for four months only I looked at him with admiration because he was an alpha of his pack and he was an all around good guy, but we both needed to move on.

As I drove away with my red maseratti, I said goodbye to my him in my mind and my wolf Casey jumped for joy because she has been telling me for a while now that we have to wait for our mate because he is my other half.

At first I thought I wasn't sixteen yet so I still need to get some female hormones away, Evan was my first and last boyfriend ever since.

But then everything changed when I turned sixteen, my dad announced during my birthday that he was going to pass down the Alpha Position to me, you see I was an only child and so was he, I didn't have any uncle or aunt because even my mother was an only child. It was like fate coursed through my life and then went kaboom.
