You have a voice. I'm writing today to tell you that. It's your future their destroying right out of the window, and you're just watching them.
Are you aware of the dangerous issues facing our planet today? Global Warming, Climate Change, Deforestation and many more? Will you stand up and save them? Well, it does not seem that way. Think about it – if the product of deforestation is less trees and tropical rainforest, then what or who is going to reduce our growing levels of Carbon Dioxide? We all need oxygen, and we're the ones doing this.
You all are destroying our planet. Without realising. I am too. We all do it, adults too.
But we can do something about it.
We can stop it. Together.
Every time one of us gets a fresh piece of paper, you are increasing the demand on such items, and therefor increasing the amount of deforestation that our planet must face. If we all cut down on the amount of paper used, we could save our planet.
In 100 years, there could be no rainforests.
We're losing an area of a forest as large as 20 football fields every minute.
Our seconds tick by, whilst up to 28,000 species of animals and plants are becoming endangered, and may become extinct in the next quarter of a century.
Without trees, human life cannot survive.
We will act now. Will you stand with us in saving the poor, defenceless animals from their habitats being demolished? And with the trees chopped down when they needn't be? And with us? For us?
If we are to have any hope in the future, we must act now.
Not tomorrow,
Not next week,
Now.
We can stop this. Together.
No one is too small to make a difference.
