Cora, Five and the Handler landed outside the commission and once Cora saw it she sighed. She hated it there, not because of the people but because of the job. Five took it with some pride but Cora never wanted to hurt people. It wasn't right and Five knew that too.

As they walked Five looked over at Cora trying to understand her emotion. On the outside she looked fine but he knew her too well. On the inside she was angry. Most likely at him for dragging her back here and for that he couldn't blame her for.

"I must admit, in all the time that I've been here, I've never met anyone quite like you two Hazel and Cha-Cha, for example, are talented, certainly, but... they can't see the big picture. Your spunk, your enterprising spirit, well, it reminds me a great deal of myself, if...
I may be so vainglorious. If things work out for you here, the two of you could potentially make a fine successor's." She said as they walked through the door. Cora saw people walking by holding briefcases. She remembered most of them from years prior.

"I'd like to discuss the logistics of my family's safety at your earliest convenience. As well as this body replacement. One for Cora as well if that's what she wants." He said and Cora stayed silent.

"Such chutzpah. It's refreshing, I'll admit. Slow down, Five. All in good time. In fact, now that you've finally agreed to work with us, we've got all the time in the world. The Commission works in support of a delicate balance between the time line of events and mankind's free will. The briefcase is no longer part of your kit, Five. Free your mind. You're management now. One of us." The Handler smiled as they reached the next floor

"All the people on this floor are case managers, each one responsible for one major event at a time." She said and Cora's eyes widen seeing the room went continuously on with a person at each desk.

"So many of them."

"Impressive, isn't it? Being part of something... so grand. Come along. Whenever someone chooses the wrong path and the time line is changed, the Commission gets a report from field agents on the ground. These field reports are sorted and assigned to a case manager. They determine if anyone needs to be... removed from the equation to assure that their event happens as it should."
