Description: what if Harry got raised with Sirius.
Harry would have had a happier childhood.
He would know he was a Wizard. He would know he was famous.
However, Sirius would protect him from not only Voldemort and the Death Eaters but also the rest of the Wizarding World. He would protect Harry from those who blindly hero-worshipped him so Harry would likely not develop too much of a big head as the "Boy Who Lived".
But as other answers mention, Sirius would have spoiled Harry so he might have developed some amount of arrogance.
Harry would know all about the Wizarding World from childhood. He would know The Tales of Beedle the Bard.
Harry would grow up seeing photos of his parents, hearing their stories and tales of the Marauders. Remus Lupin would visit them often, bringing with him chocolate and butterbeer.
Sirius and Harry would visit Godric's Hollow together. They would visit the graves of Lily and James every year.
He would not enter Hogwarts like a Muggleborn with the fear of falling far behind the others in Studies.
Harry would have known about the Marauder's Map from childhood and would search for it actively once he got to Hogwarts.
Sirius would teach him how to be a "cool" kid at Hogwarts.
But other then that everything would stay the same (other than the Dursley plot and voldy moldy' plots as well
