Chapter One ; A Different Beginning?

Entry #1- Society
     Society is like a giant zoo filled with
only one species of animal.  As soon as it is given an out of ordinary animal, everyone goes wild. 

Day one of hell-

     Walking through the school halls is always a mystery.  You never know what is going on where and when. One thing that's the same about it each time is the hate and gossip.  Hate is the one thing that manages to linger around with every step you take. The gossip is no better than the hate that is given.

"Oh my God, did. You see what she was wearing"

"You saw that too, how embarrassing"

"Did you see that video of him?" "He was out like a light"

"He had it coming to him, maybe if he wasn't so fucking slow he could have put up a fight"

     It's all the same everyday, the hate and
gossip that spreads like an unknown disease, it's ridiculous.  With music blasting in my ears I ignore everyone because I know if I listen to even one word, I'll shatter.  I wasn't popular last year, the opposite actually, I was the prey for people who didn't have anything better to do.  Since I was alone all the time it didn't make my situation better. I wish this year would be better but we all know wishes don't always come true. 

    After finally reaching my locker I enter my lock combination and grab my needed books. My first class was health and it sucked. Mostly because of last year's students other than that it was still a shitty class. Hopefully this year is better.  Finally after grabbing everything I need I head towards my class.  I look around the halls and see some students I recognized last year.  I know almost everyone's name, it's a quirk with being a quiet kid, all the gossip and names you listen too you get a picture of who that person is and something they did.  For example the yellow haired guy named Sanji, last year he was caught hooking up with a bunch of girls behind the gym, then there's Luffy, he was known for beating up a guy after the dude tried to steal his meat.  Another sense of knowing everyone is who they hang around with like you'll never see Kid and Killer not next to each other or Sabo not hanging out with Koala.  Everyone had their own group and their own titles.  I honestly envy some of those people, the only title I have is not a good one, it just reminds me of bad memories. 
 
   After getting to my class I see Mrs. Kureha yelling at students to get in their assigned seat.  The desk had names on them.  I go to search for my seat and find out I'm sitting next to the window in the second row from where Ms. Kureha's desk is.  Maybe my health won't be so bad this year.. I take my seat and glance to see who would be sitting as my desk partners.  Across from me I read the name "Kid", and next to him would be "Luffy's"  desk.  Kid honestly really intimidating and scared me a bit but Luffy always seemed so full of joy.  I wonder how this group will turn out.  Finally looking beside me I read the name "Law". 

    "Law...?" I think. It doesn't ring a bell for some reason. Is he new? To think I knew everyone in this school too.  After all that thinking a chair gets pulled up, I look up to see the chair next to me was pulled. That must be law.  I take a glance at him,

   huh maybe I do recognize him, I think I've only seen him though the halls though.
He was wearing a black coat with a white buttoned shirt underneath along with some blue jeans.  It also seemed he had tattoos as his knuckles had "death" written on them.  After glancing for too long he shifts, breaking the focus you had on him.
