No. You can't tell me how to feel, how to think, how to love, how to hate, how to look, how to do anything other than being me.
Who cares if I cry and my makeup gets smudged?
Honestly, I'm human. I AM flawed.
But aren't we all?
After all perfection is limited by the image of our own opinion.
So technically, perfection is flawed.
Perfection is something that was created by society. And society is judgmental and its not fair that they dictate our lives.
We strive to become what society tells us to become because that's all we know how to listen. Originality in this world, in this life is frowned upon. And I think that is bull.
To be original, to be yourself, is something that should be commended upon. Because in a world where such judgement is in place its hard. Its so damn hard to not take the easy way out. To follow. But it's so much better to take the hard way, to breathe in peace and to be yourself even if you are not yet sure who that is.
And if you were to ask if I believed in this, this perfection, I would say I do. Because I think the way a flower grows is beautiful. And I think life is beautiful. And I think there is even beauty in death. And I think all things that have beauty, true beauty, is perfect.
But those are things.
Not people. If you were to ask me if I believe that there is perfection in people, perhaps I would respond that it depends on the person. I believe that there is perfection in the flawed beauty of the little things. Of the way somebody likes their eggs, or the way they would prefer water to coffee in the mornings. Or the way they sleep, or even the way their handwriting looks on a written out letter. I believe these are the things of perfection.
Things that would otherwise go unoticed however mean more then anyother false beauty you would try to advertise to me.Those things, I believe, are the true workings of perfection.
