chapter 1 - how everything began

what happens if a raevel blood doesn't like being a raevel blood?

some people may believe in magic, some may don't. but in this reality everyone knows that magic exists and everyone is afraid of it, except the people that can tame the magic themselves; the raevel bloods

raevelnia is the home of the so called raevel bloods, but it was banned long ago because of other kingdoms that were afraid of it. nobody, and i mean n.o.b.o.d.y was ever brave enough to step a step inside or outside of raevelnia

but that changed as soon as the princess of the raevel kingdom was born; ari han

it isn't normal to have a princess as the next heir of the throne, but the king and queen of raevelnia didn't quite care about that, since the queen always loved her little princess and wants her to take the throne after her father

ari was always a really curious kid and always wanted to explore the other kingdom's but she wasn't allowed to for obvious reasons

but as they say, when you are 18 nobody can tell you anything; and with that, she ran away as soon as she turned 18

and this is where this story begins.

but first of all, let me tell you a bit about ari's choldhood and youth;

when the queen got pregnant with her, the royal family was really happy because they always wanted to have a little princess. the news spread fast around raevelnia and everyone was happy for the royal family. 9 months passed by quickly and in winter, the little princess was born. she was adorable and her parents loved her. they named her ari. it means "advantage"

you may ask, why that name? simple. they royal family wanted her to take the throne, so she would be the next quenn which could be used as an advantage in the future. sure, it wasn't common to have a queen leading a kingdom, but there's a first time for everything, right?

with that said, she had a wonderful childhood and had all that she could ask for. she had all different kinds of pets, since she loved animals. she got trained in magic and her parents were lovely

but as she got older, she started missing something... maybe even someone? she wasn't bothered that she had few to no friends, but someone was missing in her life. and there was this big dessire she always had; wanting to leave raevelnia.

she wanted to see the rest of the world, how people lived without magic. but her parents always said it's too dangerous, so at one point, she just stopped being so curious

hah, you thought! ari, her name was basically curiousity, of course couldn't be stopped by a simple "no". she had a plan.

it was her 18th birthday; the day she would offically be crowned as the princess, and after her marriage or death of her parents, be the queen and turn raevelnia into a wonderful ruled queendom

however, as i already told you, she had other plans.
