(Chapter 62) Loss of heart.

A loud explosion can be heard in the distance. Jess takes notice and alarms Robin whose speaking to the library keeper. Robin seems very alarmed.

JSS: Robin! We have to go now!
RBN: Right behind you!

They both dash out of the library.

RBN: (Oh no. What if they're here?! Papyrus and Undyne, are they okay?! What about dad?!)
JSS: Robin! Take my hand! It'll be okay, trust me.
RBN: *gulp* Alright Jess.

As they're coming closer to the castle, another explosion can be heard. The knights rush towards it. After they arrive, they see the whole place in ruins. At that time Robin spots him.

RBN: No... It can't be happening.

Robin rushes towards the lifeless body of her father.

RBN: Dad! Please don't leave me! DAD!
JSS: Robin, stop. He's already gone.
RBN: They did this.
JSS: I'm afraid Undyne and Papyrus suffered the same fate as him. We need to locate them quickly.
RBN: (Undyne defeated?! But in her training she was showing signs of determination! What the hell are we dealing with?!)
JSS: I'll try and use my sensory powers to locate them. Robin, get up.
*WIND*
JSS: What is this sinister aura?!
RHT: Greetings knights. Ready to suffer?
RBN: You!
*DASH*
RBN: I will kill you!
*DODGE*
RHT: Missed me.
*BOOM*

You blow Robin away with an explosion.

RHT: This is your power? What a weak-
*WHOOSH*
RBN: Die!
*PUNCH*

Robin regains her footing and dashes at you, moving faster then you can see and delivering a powerful punch to your stomach which pushes you back. However you manage to keep your feet on the ground but the punch damaged your internal organs badly.

JSS: What was that you were saying?
RHT: Don't- *cough* -get cocky.

You ready your blade and dash towards Jess, swinging at her rapidly. She dodges every move effortlessly. You overcommit on one of your swings and lose balance which allows Jess to land a hit on you.
*SPLUDGE*
You reveal your goo clone and appear behind Jess, thrusting your blade through her back.

RHT: I told you to not act cocky.
JSS: You think you landed a hit, didn't you?
RHT: Huh? What are you-
*ZIP*
RBN: Missed me?
*KICK*

You get kicked into the kingdom wall from Robins' kick. You're left confused at what just happened. You're sure that swing connected... or did it.

RHT: Why the hell can't I remember if it connected or not? What is happening?
CHAR: This must be her ability.
RHT: Do you have any idea how it works?
CHAR: Not an exact one but I've got a theory.
RHT: Do tell.
CHAR: You're sure you were attacking Jess?
RHT: Yeah, I'm sure.
CHAR: I see. The knight of integrity has the power to control and alter the mind. So fitting of her.
RHT: So you mean she made me see Robin as her and that swing of mine didn't connect at all.
CHAR: Exactly, but she has one weakness... me. I can communicate you the way to fight.
RHT: This is why you're my sidekick.
CHAR: Let's get them!

You stand back up, summoning a second blade in your other hand. You let out a smirk at your enemy.
