4:30PM IN THE AFTERNOON
"Matteo!!!". masayang tawag ni Sebastian kay Matteo na nasa kaniyang likuran habang siya ay tumatakbo sa buhangin.
"wag kang masyadong tumakbo baka madapa ka!". pag aalalang sabi niya kay Sebastian marahil tumatakbo ng sobrang bilis si Sebastian sa buhangin dahil sa saya na kaniyang nararamdaman.
nag hanap ng puwesto si Sebastian kung saan nila makikita ang pag lubog ng araw kasama na din doon ang agos ng tubig sa tabing dagat. "Matteo! dito tayo!".
nilatag na nila ang pantakip nila sa buhangin upang maka upo sila at inayos naman ni Sebastian ang mga pagkaing dala nila.
masaya silang umupo sa nilatag nilang sapin sa buhangin ng mag katabi habang nakikita ang pa lubog na araw kasabay nun ay ang mga alon na nanggagaling sa dagat.
"It's beautiful isn't?".
Sebastian nods at him with a smile on his face. "I hope this last forever!". he happily said and put his head on Matteo's right shoulder.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm palette of colors across the sky, Sebastian and Matteo sat side by side on a secluded stretch of the sandy beach. The rhythmic sound of the waves provided a soothing backdrop to their quiet moment together.
The air was filled with a mix of salt and the sweet scent of blooming flowers nearby. Matteo stole glances at Sebastian, admiring the way the fading sunlight illuminated his features, creating a soft glow around him.
After a serene silence, Matteo finally spoke, his voice gentle but tinged with a hint of sadness. "You know, these moments with you, watching the sunset with you, means everything to me, Sebastian. I love spending time with you, you made feel me so special".
Sebastian turned to him, a small smile playing on his lips. "Me too, Matteo. These moments I will treasure it until I die!".
Matteo sighs and touches Sebastians face gently. "you are the only person I can express myself fully".
he smiled at him and kiss his left cheek. "likewise...".
A moment of hesitation lingered between them as the waves continued their dance along the shore. Matteo sighed, his gaze fixed on the distant horizon. "I wish time could stand still, but it never does."
"why the sudden change of tone, Matteo?". Sebastian curiously ask.
"I wish time never fly so fast, I wish time move slower". Matteo replied with a pitch of sadness in his brownish hazelnut eyes.
"hindi ba pwedeng happy muna tayo ngayon?". kinurot niya ang mag kabilang pisngi ni Matteo.
tinaggal niya ang pagkakurot ni Sebastian sakaniyang pisngi. "nasabi ko lang naman".
tumango siya pag tapos nun ay hinawakan niya ang kamay ni Matteo. "I want to hold your hands forever". naka ngusong sabi niya.
"ngayon naman ikaw ang malungkot?". pala birong sabi niya.
"I mean... sana pwede kong hawakan ang mga kamay mo habang buhay, alam mo yung ano... hindi nanatin kailangan mag tago sa tao?".
"ikaw lang naman ang ayaw mag pakita sa tao...". pag tatakang tanong ni Matteo kay Sebastian dahil sakaniyang sinabi.
