Wedding part 1

That day was Saturday the 7th January and i was going to go to a wedding that noon with my boyfriend alex.
The marrying people are alex' sister Mary and jake, her sooner husband.

I am pretty happy that alex and me are just partners, i think its pretty stressful to be married.

"Alex, we have to be there at 2:30pm, so we have to drive off at 2:00pm, hurry!"
I called,
"I know honey, i'm readdy in 10 minutes."
He responded.

He really came down after about 10 minutes, usually he needs 20 or 30 minutes.
He still buttoned his shirt but looked gorgeous with his black gelled hair. I stood in front if him and straightened his collar.

"I would say let's go then, do you have everything?" He asked me, "yep, let's go." I answered and we went into our car.

*20min car drive*

When we arrived, mary already went to our car, she didn't looked that happy.
"Hey mary, is everything fine?" I asked her while alex took our jackets out of the trunk.
"No, not really, aunt tina wont come, she had a heart attack yesterday." She said,
"Really? Is she fine?" Alex asked,
"according to the circumstances, yes." Mary said, "Oh no, im so sorry" i sad.
Right before their wedding? Poor mary and poor aunt tina...

We went into the restaurant, where we are going to celebrate later.
"So the wedding in the church is at 3:30pm , the guests will be there there at 3:00pm,
at 4:30pm we are gonna drive here to eat dinner, what do you think about that?"
mary asked, "perfect!" Alex and i said.

After we checked everything, we drove to the church, where their family and a few friends of mary and jake waited for her.

Alex dad waited in front of the church, while alex and i went in.
The organist started playing and mary and her dad went in.

*the wedding*

"That kiss was so cute, have you made photos of it?" I asked matt, one of alex' best friends, he is a photographer.
"Yes of course, i made many." He answered while we were going out of the church.

Outside, we talked a bit with everyone before we went to the restaurant. I've talked to many people i didn't knew but which seemed nice.

When we arrived at the restaurant, everyone searched for their name cards, which i and julie, Mary and Jake's child, made.

We sat down and Mary and Jake started talking.
As soon as they were readdy, we ate and it was delicious.

After we ate, Mary, her best friend Claire, a woman i didn't knew and i went outside to smoke a cigarette.
"What are you doing for honeymoon?"
The woman, i think her name was anne, asked,
"We don't really know yet, but definitely somewhere where its warm." She answered
"I don't know if anyone would go to something where its colder than their home city or country." I said and laughed, so the others did.
"Hey ladies" alex said, he and Claire's husband William came and sat down at our table.
"We went to Santorini in Greece, it was awesome." Claire said
"Yes of course it was, it's Greece."
Anne said and laughed again.
