chapter 1

It was a dark night. I was going on my usual midnight walk , it was tad cold ,nothing to crazy. The moon was full and bright . It was really beautiful. These walks helped me , they soothed me . Made me forget about the hunger that burned my throat. That fire in me , ready to explode and not care who I hurt.

We've been out of food for a few days so I REALLY needed this walk . To forget. I was so lost in thought that I didn't even realize that there was someone infront of me . I bumped into them . " oh I'm sorry " I said in a low whisper.

I looked at him and just stared . This man was HOT. Black hair , piercing blue eyes , luscious pink lips , and he wore rings . I stared at him for a few until a breeze blew past him .oh my .. his scent is sweet , I want him. I want his blood trickling down my throat , draining him till he's lifeless . No roxy , you haven't eaten in a couple days don't let it win . Don't let the monster out .

I put my hand on my nose and mouth fast . " it's fine " he said is his low husky voice .oh my. I'm in trouble. He lifted up his shirt and sniffed it. No you dont smell bad , you smell delicious. " hey whats wrong with your eyes . " the blonde one said. I turned around fast . " oh uh allergies . "

Shit dark viens happen underneath my eyes when I'm hungry.

My breathes are hitched. I need to calm down and leave befor I blow my cover of being a fucking vampire. I started to walk away . " wait " the blue eyed one said. I stopped but didn't turn around. " what's your name " he asked . " it's best you don't know me , at all. " I ran at human speed " no please wait " he said . when I turned into the ally I vamp sprinted to the end of the alley.

I put my hand on my knees and took deep breathes . My fangs where popped out . " breathe " I whisper to myself . " colby we have to go she's gone " " I know but she was ...she was the most beautiful girl I have ever seen." Colby , that's a really nice name . He sighed. Then I heard them walking away.

Its safer if you forget about , colby. Im not good for you. I pulled put my phone to look at how my eyes are doing , the dark is veins where subsiding. That's good. " roxy?" I heard from a distance . " ah hey brother " I said . Damon .

Meet Damon Salvatore. A bad boy. He feeds on humans any chance he gets . He doesn't care about what happens after he does something terrible. He's also the strongest because he feeds on humans .he sprinted over to me and hugged me.

"Hey sister. " Another voice came from behind me. " ah brother hello " I smile . Stefan . Meet stefan Salvatore. The complete opposite . He can't feed on humans or else he will turn off his humanity, meaning you won't have emotions to things and become a ripper. That is a vampire who physically can't stop and will kill anyone in sight. So he feeds on Animals . Disgusting but you get used to it. I turned around and hugged stefan.

Me ? I'm stuck in the middle. I can feed on humans ,I can control myself , but I also don't mind feeding on animals. It's a tough situation.

" What are you doing here roxy, and what is that amazing scent you carry " Damon says with a smirk . " I was on a walk since it calms me. And you will NOT track down this scent Damon, I swear you won't like me if you do." I say with my fangs popping out fast . " OK tiger I wont calm down. " he knows not to cross me . I'll kick his ass.

I felt like I wanted to drain every ounce of his blood when I was with him but now I feel, like I need to protect him. I needed to be with him at all times, But also bringing him into this life could be even more dangerous. It would be more dangerous. Fuck I need booze.

I can't feel like this fuck , I'm with someone. Jeremy Gilbert. We've only been together a few months but he really likes me . He's really good in bed . I'm not head over heals but ..." earth to roxy are we gonna go back to the party ?" Stefan said. Shit the party ,totally forgot. I don't want to but , it's my quote 26th birthday. But in vampire years ? I was born in 1847 , you do the math . Still young and beautiful.

How did I get turned ? Thats a story for later on . But for right now ?

We sped back to our mansion. As I walked through the doors, Jeremy was standing right there talking to a girl. I'm not fazed. " hey baby " Jeremy says " hey " I said hugging him . " what I miss" I say with a smile. " oh just Matt trying to hit the keg , yea it was not successful at all " he said laughing. " where did you go?" He asked .

Well you see Jeremy doesn't know I'm a vampire. Obviously that's a big secret and I just don't trust him. " I just went for walk . Come on let's go dance . " I smiled and pulled him to the dance floor. I can drink all I want , actually helps the cravings and its really hard for vamps to get drunk . I had work the next day. Work a night shift at a fancy club doing bottle service . I don't start till 6pm so I'm good.

After the party was done everyone started leaving . " I hope you had an amazing birthday . " Jeremy said kissing me. He's hammered. " I did , get home safe. " I closed the door behind him and letting a huge sigh, all I could think about was colby.

I couldn't take it anymore I need food . now. " DAMON , STEFAN " they sprinted to me . " what " damon said . " what's up you alright " stefan said . I looked at them , fangs out , under eyes with dark viens. " I need food now " I say with a low tone. " damn roxy your loosing control " stefan said a little worried of what i might do next . "I know just ....fuck let's go try and find a rabbit or something please. " I beg . " lets go hunt " stefan says grabbing my arm.

We leave the house and sprint to the forest near by. We searched and searched for food . 2 hours and we finally found... a deer.

" get in position " stefan said . I went on the other side of the deer . " ready " stefan said. " ready " i said. we both attacked and ended up catching it. I sunk my teeth into the deer and me and stefan drained every last drop of blood from it.

We went back and and I was tired. Today's been something else. I stripped down into my pj's and crawled in bed . I was soon met by black as I drifted off to sleep.
