Drip......plop.....drip....plop
The sound of water falling echoed in the serpentine sewer tunnels, along with voices. The hooded figure moved stealthily, gliding silently across the tunnnels, following the voices. The figure ducked in time as a green glow became visible.
"Because I dont want to be like you!" The sudden shout made the figure flinch slightly, but they moved closer, watching the two figures in the library.

Lloyd groaned outloud in frustration as he turned angrily away from his father. Destiny wasn't fair! Sure he had family that cared about him, but it wasn't the same.
Lloyd missed the way his father was when he was good. When Garmadon would drop everything in a heartbeat to help his son, when nothing but Lloyd mattered. That was all in the past now however, and he needed to move on. The blond angrily shook his head, trying to regain his focus in the present.
He turned towards the exit, ignoring his father. The serpentine weren't here, but he had left a message for them, leaving a small trace of hope. Lloyd and Garmadon walked in silence for a bit until a loud sound interrupted them.
"What was that?" Garmadon asked, looking around. Lloyd stared down the tunnel, squinting to see what it was. A bunch of corrupted serpentine stormed towards them. Lloyd grinned to himself. He used his power and blasted a couple of them back, knocking them out.
"You know what? I'm actually glad we bumped into you goons.." Lloyd said as he back flipped over a snake. "I have a couple of frustrations to work out." He kicked the final snake down and turned towards Garmadon who ran past him. "Wait! Don't destroy him!" Lloyd yelled, worried his dad would kill the final serpentine.
Garmadon paused before grabbing a barrel and shoving it on top of the snake, trapping it. "Oh," Before Lloyd could move, he saw a hooded figure dart across the tunnel. His interest was piqued so he turned and chased after the figure. The hood turned towards him, and then ran faster.
"Hey! Wait a minute!" Lloyd called. He ran faster, jumping across the water after the hooded figure. The person reached a dead end and turned towards him. Lloyd slowed down, keeping his guard up. "I just want to talk." He said calmly, hoping this was a rational person. The figure lifted their hands, slowly going towards their hood. Lloyd felt like he had seen that outfit before.
"Hello again Lloyd." The smooth feminine voice snapped his attention to the figures face. Harumi's white hair flowed down across her shoulders, stark against the black fabric. What captured his attention most was the lack of red facepaint she usually wore. She took a step closer to him, staring up. Lloyd backed away from her warily. The perfume she usually wore filled his nostrils, a pleasant change from the stench of the sewers. He glared at her, warning her to stay back.
"I don't know why you're here Harumi, but I'm not falling for any tricks." He stated, crossing his arms to glare at her. The white haired girl huffed and rolled her eyes.
"I just want to talk, Lloyd. Can you at least handle that?" Lloyd hesitated, still staring her down, trying to decipher her intention. Before either person could move, Garmadon clonked Harumi on the head with his fist, making the girl fall limp. Without thinking, Lloyd caught her in his arms. He easily lifted her up, holding her bridal style.
"You didn't have to knock her out." He scolded.
"Well, you weren't exactly handling her." Garmadon replied, turning his back on Lloyd. "Carry her to the library and tie her up. Maybe after she wakes, we can get some useful information out of her." Lloyd glared at his dad's back as Garmadon walked down the tunnel.
