it's clear that this dimension we live in, won't stay long.. it seemed that dimensions were disappearing, vanishing even. wherever they went? it was unknown.
zaion scanned the world, her technology blinked, it showed the dimension slowly but surely, disappearing. it looked as if the longer we lived here, the worst it got. she was just outside of the institute, 'The Institute of Infinity.' then she realised, her eyes widened and she ran inside, searching for the council room.
HEX'S POV:
the door flinged open, zaion stood there, looking at us in worry.
"what happened zaion?" i asked, looking up, away from my book.
"hex, where's ver? i need to talk to him about something." zaion said in a rush, it was as if she was panicking.
"uh, well, he just left. i think he was going to doppio's arcade to relax a bit." i replied, confused.
"thanks!" and there she goes, rushing off, 'i wonder what she is going to ask.'
VER'S POV
i was walking to doppio's arcade to have some fun and play a few videogames, then i heard someone calling my name. i looked back and i saw zaion, she was shouting my name. "zaion? what are you doing here?" i questioned, walking towards her. "ver, the world.. is going to end." she said, panting. "what?? what nonsense are you saying zaion??" i looked at her, in disbelief. no way the world would end right? atleast not yet. "you don't understand kaichou, my scan showed that it was going to end, you have to believe me!" zaion said and a screen popped up, i looked at it and i was shocked.
THIRD PERSON POV:
ver stared at the screen, in utter shock. "it's real ver! my devices don't lie." zaion said as she looked at the screen, scrolling. the screen showed the dimension they were living in. it was slowly vanishing before their eyes. though slow, faster than what they would've expected. "what do we do?" zaion looked at ver, worry in her eyes. "i don't know honestly, maybe we should go back to the council and call a council meeting?" ver suggested, he didn't know what to do. "that can work, we still have time left." the treasurer closed her screen. "i'll call doppio, you go back and tell the rest of the council. tell kotoka to get the projector ready." the president said and ran off to get doppio. zaion walked off back to the institute.
AT THE INSTITUTE:
zaion walked into the council room, "guys, kaichou will be back in a few minutes with doppio, he said there will be a council meeting. kotoka, could you set up the projector? president's orders." zaion sat down, looking at kotoka. "why the sudden meeting?" kotoka stood up and hesitantly started the projector. "yeah, there were no reports." meloco said confused. "let's wait until ver gets here, then i'll explain." zaion replied, getting her tech ready. "oh, you wanted to find ver for a council meeting?" hex questioned, as he put down his book. "something popped up, so yeah, and it was urgent." zaion responded, eyes never parting from the beam. 'maybe it was very serious then? she'd usually joke about these type of things.'
soon ver and doppio arrived, the magenta haired looked quite confused. seems ver briefly explained to him on the way. "okay, you might be wondering what caused this sudden meeting..earlier today, zaion found out that this dimension is about to vanish. we still have time but we have to act quick, so we have to do something about it. but that's the question, what do we do?"
