Sakuhina

2024 notes/edits: i saw this Naruto meme way back that had a bunch of ship and described them in simple/funny ways, I remember Sakuhina was labeled 'the yuri ship that makes no sense but everyone likes' and I was like yeah. You might be surprised to see how little they actually interacted pre the last. They were considered a crack ship then because they interacted very little in canon (although I've heard they're around each other more in the fillers. So it would make more sense why even back then they were paired together either as a sister ship to SNS or just by fellow yuri fans.)

They're a lot more popular now than they once were and I think that's great actually! Yuri/wlw parings are terrible underrated/ignored in fandoms so I think it's sweet that Sakuhina is as popular as it is now!

They're also suupper cute! Honestly while watching the last I wanted Hinata & Sakura to get together in the end over Naruto & Hinata.. but that was the yuri brainrot in me 🙂‍↕️ the fankids are also adorable! I never realized how good their features would looked mixed together until I saw the kiddos (seriously. The byakugan and pink hair is such a gorgeous combination. Also hinata's hair + Sakura's green eyes is 😵‍💫)

Anyways I like Sakuhina a lot. It's not my favorite yuri ship or favorite ship for either girls buuttt it's a very sweet pairing! Very creative fanbase! 🫶 much prefer the ship content over the annoying comparisons.
