Quirk description: Her quirk allows her to glitch around (in other words teleport). Her quirk also allows her to create different weapons, her favorite being a sword. The color of the glitch matches her persona (purple). This can be compared the reference I was getting the idea from: green lantern.
Drawbacks: When overused she slowly started to melt into a glowing purple liquid, sometimes leaving trails behind. The user would need to take a certain type of medication to avoid this matter. The scenario case would be them dissolving into small particles and being removed from the world existence.
