"CMONN Y/N!! WE GOTTA GET IN THE CAR OR WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE TO THE PARTY," Katrina says while dragging me from my chair onto the floor.
"HOLD ON! I JUST HAVE TO PUT MY SHOES ON!" I say, while getting up off of the dirty floor.
Katrina has a boyfriend already, his name is Sam, and apparently Sams best friend is going to be at the party and Katrina is trying to hook me up with him.
We get in the car, and we head over to Jakes house. Jake is one of Katrina's friends, but I've never met him. I'm just going for Katrina.
Jakes house is only 5 minutes away from Katrina's apartments, but we were making a stop at the corner store so we can get monsters and candy! (YAY!)
We made it to Jakes house, and I was kinda scared because, again, I know none of these people except for Sam and Kat!!
Katrina walked in first, then I walked in after. A lot of people got really excited when Katrina walked in, so I kinda got left behind because she was talking to everyone.
There was a bar with lots of different types of alcohol. I had just turned 21 last week, and I hadn't drank at all in my entire life.
As I was walking over to find a place to sit, and play on my phone, a very pretty boy with black and purple hair caught my eyes.
I zoned out so hard on him, and then after about 10 seconds, I realized he was looking back at me.
His pretty blue eyes, staring back into mine.
I start to blush, as I see him walking up to me.
"Hey cutie😉, I don't believe we've met before. What's your name?" He says in the prettiest voice I have ever heard.
"I- uh- y/n." I say, nervously.
"Ohh, Katrina always talks about you."
"Ha.. yeah.. she's my uh, best friend." I say, still really nervous.
"Haha, cute. Anyways, I'm Colby." He says, grabbing my arm.
Oh shit. I think to myself. Colby is the boy that Kat was trying to hook me up with. There's no way he's gonna like me though, right? He's so pretty, he deserves way better than me.
"You wanna go get a drink?" Colby says.
"I uh-"
"Cmon, it'll be fun! I promise!"
"Oh, okay.. sure!"
Colby holds my hand, and takes me to the bar. I notice Sam and Kat looking at us, both smiling and laughing.
He grabs 2 shots, and hands me one of them. I look over, and see he's already drinking his, so I start to drink mine as well. It tasted weird, but I tried to make it seem like i've done this before.
Colby looks at me, and I look at him. We stare into each others eyes for about 3 seconds before he suddenly goes in to kiss me.
He pushes me into the wall, and starts making out with me. He slowly moves his left hand from my hair, and lowers it to my back slowly.
It feels like everything is just gone. Like I have nothing to worry about. I felt so safe with him, and I've only known him for 10 minutes.
He backs away, and smiles at me. I realize that everyone is staring at as, surprised. Probably because they all have no idea who I am.
"I- ha..." Colby stutters, clearly nervous.
He runs, and goes to Sam and Cat. I can see them both cheering him on, as Colby is blushing, and very obviously embarrassed.
I got out to the front of the house. I sit on the front porch, and stare at the stars. I call my sister, and tell her about what had happened. I've never had an experience like that with an extremely good looking guy..
After about 20 minutes, I hear someone open the front door. I look behind me, and see Kat, with her pretty pink hair.
"So.. HOW WAS IT!!?" Kat says, excited.
"It was.. I don't know. But I liked it.." I say.
I think for a bit. What if it was all a set up, he probably doesn't like me. I'm sure Kat just told him to do all of that, there's no way he actually likes me. But the way he kissed me, I felt like he was so into it. I just don't understand.
"So, uh.. did you set that up?" I say, sighing.
"What do you mean y/n?" Katrina questions.
"I mean, did you tell Colby to do all of that? He doesn't seem like the type of guy who would have interest in me."
"No! That was all him. I swear, he didn't even know that you would be here. But he's seen pictures of you on my insta, and he seemed very interested."
"Really? He's so hot. I can't stop thinking about his pretty eyes." I say, starting to blush.
"Go talk to him!!!!!!! He's literally so into you, this could be your first boyfriend since middle school!" Kat says.
"Noo!! I can't, it'll be soo awkward!" I say, in a whiny tone.
"Please!! Please please please! Do it for me, I just wanna see you happy again!" Kat begs.
"You know what, fine. I'll do it for you. Only cuz I love you though." I say, jokingly annoyed.
I get up, and head towards the door.
Once I go in, I saw Colby on the stairs, staring at the wall. He seemed as if he was sad or something. I didn't know if I should bother him.
He looked down at the door, and saw me staring at him, once again. His face lit up, as he got up from the steps.
As he comes towards me, a smile appears on his pretty face.
