Be prepared for much breaking of the fourth wall. Disclaimer: I don't own Fairy Tail (but you all know that).

{NASHI'S POV}
Oh hey, what's up?! My name's Nashi.

See that guy over there, with the dark blue hair and droopy eyes? That's Storm. He and I are the same age. We grew up together in a big guild called Fairy Tail. Storm and I are both wizards. Along with, well, everyone else in our guild. It's a wizarding guild.

That guy over there is Lance, he uses rainbow lightning magic. It sounds cute. It isn't. He's currently the youngest S-class mage in our guild.

Sitting in his lap is Rosemary, eating red velvet cake. Don't question her love handles, unless you want to be skewered alive by 50 swords.

They're only two years older than Storm and I. One year older than them is Metallica, aka Lica. Last time I asked if she wanted to go Lica ice cream cone with me, I literally ate my words and was sick for a week.

Anyways, Storm uses ice devil slayer magic. He may look sad all the time, but his personality does a complete 180 when he taps into his devil side.

It's kinda ironic that we're friends, considering I'm biologically a quarter demon.

Okay so basically, my dad died 400 years ago and his brother brought him back to life by turning him into a demon. Then he was raised by a dragon who taught him how to kill dragons and sent 400 years in the future where he met my mom and—blah blah epic fighting montage—I was born! Yay!

Still confused?

Mom and Dad's exploits are well documented. Read Mom's bestseller. This one guy even made a series of 22-ish minute documentaries about our guild.

I say biologically because Dad chooses to live as a human and so do I. He taught me his fire dragon slayer magic. That means my body has the same toughness as a dragon. Hehe! As if I wasn't cool enough already (or hot, I suppose)!

Oh, Lica's little sister just came back from a job. Now the gang is all back together. Her name is Emmy and she looks nothing like Lica; a petit bluenette, Emmy takes after their mom.

We're both dragon slayers but she's a year younger than Storm and me. Storm has a massive crush on her, which doesn't irritate me AT ALL.

Emmy's a hugger. She hugs Lica hello, then Lance and Rosemary, then Storm and I grind my teeth. Friends don't need to be so touchy feely! Then she hugs me and I can't help but relax into it. What can I say? Emmy gives comforting hugs.

There's one more thing you need to know about Storm and me. Besides being bestest friends who have been together 24/7 since practically birth, we're super comfortable with each other. We've bathed together and gotten guild-schooled together and gone on jobs together and slept in the same bed together to save Jewel on multiple rooms in inns and—

"Hey Nashi," Storm approaches me.

I grin broadly, kicking my legs back and forth between the table and resting my chin on my palms. I instantly feel less bad than when he was talking to Emmy. "What's up, Storm?"

"Will you help me study fractions for Aunt Erza's math test at the end of the week?" Storm shudders, recalling nightmarish memories.

—we practice everything together. Storm's like my brother! Last time Storm failed a math test, Aunt Erza made him her training dummy. I've been helping him study ever since.

Storm's house is closer so we go there. Dad, Mom, myself, and a dozen cute little flying cats called Exceed live in a home in the forest that Dad bought when he was a teen. It's full of mementos from all of the quests Mom and Dad have gone on together.

(The Exceed actually divide their time living at our house or at Aunt Wendy's. But an adorable little blue-with-white-spots kitten, named Shaggy after Carla's mom, imprinted on me and stays full time.)

Aunt Juvia and Uncle Gray are on an S-class quest right now, which is why Storm isn't with them. Well, that and Aunt Erza would hunt him down if he attempted to miss one of her exams again.

She's very strict with our guild-schooling, like she taught our dads years ago.

"Pardon the intrusion!" I shout as I enter the Fullbuster home, slipping off my shoes like I've done a bazillion times and entering the kitchen-dining area. Storm spreads his homework out on the low table, gesturing for me to sit on a pillow on the floor.

I bypass him entirely, heading straight for the hallway. First door on the right is Storm's bedroom.

Ever since we hit our preteen years and Storm outgrew me (terribly lamentable), he's been really weird about letting me into his room. Even though I've been in here so many times that the smell is forever ingrained in my head. Sometimes, I wish I could bottle it up and take it home.

I bellyflop unashamed onto his dark blue comforter and inhale deeply. I turn over to look at the cork board hung on the wall beside his bed.

One new picture draws my eye. We were at the beach last week and I buried Storm up to his neck in the sand. I'm squatting next to him in a polka-dot bikini, shit-eating grin plastered on my face while Storm drools in his sleep next to me.

Now that I'm looking, all of the pictures he has pinned up are starring me...

"Gaaaaah!" Storm yelps, climbing over me on his bed to knock the cork board off the wall, pinning me down in the process. It falls into the endless abyss between the wall and the bed, never to be seen again.

Storm looks down at me, only to find one of his knees wedged firmed between my thighs, and turns bright red from his neck to the roots of his hair.

I smirk. "You're cold."

"Waaaaaaaah!" Storm screams, covering his crimson face with his hands and launching himself off me. As is typical when he gets embarrassed, he reverts to being overly formal. "S-s-sorry, Nashi-san! Storm was... Storm was only... urrrgh!"

I sit up, laughing hard. "Geez, you don't have to be so embarrassed! How many times did we bathe together when we were little?"

"Nashi-san!" Storm cries. "You're making it worse!"
