Christmas Special:
Natalia walks onto a stage as she turns to look at the audience. She smirks as she begins to speak, "Hola a todos, a todos de A Shadow's Diamond nos gustaría decir Feliz Navidad y Feliz Janucá. Regular story:
Olympia and Ray knocks onto Tails' house door as they wait for an answer. They understand that it's at night and everyone might already be asleep, but they need help getting their friend back. They wait a few more minutes before Ray pushes Olympia to the side and kicks down the door. She walks in first as she notices that Sonic was already getting the door.
Ray furrows her eyebrows, "For someone who is supposed to be fast, you are quite slow."
"Hey!" Sonic says a bit angrily. He turns around and walks back over to the couch, "What brings you guys here anyway?"
Ray crosses her arms as she glares at Sonic, "Diamond got kidnapped by Eggman."
Sonic turns to look at Ray with confusion, "Are you serious?"
Olympia walks into the house next, "Yeah man, we got a call from her husband and he was crying about how Diamond got kidnapped and everything."
"Now are you going to help us or just stand there like a log?" Ray asks.
Sonic looks at Olympia and Ray before nodding, "I will get Silver, Amy, and Shadow. You guys stay here and wait for Tails to wake up." He runs out of the house.
Olympia looks over at Ray, "I wonder why he wasn't in his own house."
Ray shrugs before sitting down.
~~Meanwhile~~
Natalia walks over to a small infant in a crib as she gives them a bottle. She looks over at Shadow, "This is Esmerelda, she is only 6 months old and the youngest out of the batch. My mother left me to my siblings shortly after my father passed. Never seen her since."
Shadow walks up next to Natalia and looks down at Esmeralda. He notices how similar she looks to Natalia. He smiles a bit. Now he is thinking about it, he might have thought about Diamond being his sister rather than being a love interest. He looks over at Natalia and asks, "What would happen to them if you can't take care of them?"
"My tía y tío will take care of them." (aunt and uncle) Natalia looks at Shadow before looking away, "They already think that this is too much for me, so they are coming by tomorrow to come get the children."
"Will they be in good hands?" Shadow wonders about the children's safety.
Natalia nods, "Of course they will be. I used to stay with my tía y tío when my mother and father were busy with stuff." She smiles at Shadow for wondering about their safety.
Shadow smiles back at her. After meeting Natalia, he has never been happier. He feels as though he doesn't have to be depressed about Maria's passing or feeling like he is alone. He has someone else who can be there for him.
Natalia takes the bottle away from Esmeralda as she hands it over to Shadow, "Can you put that in the kitchen, por favor?" (Please?)
Shadow takes the bottle and walks into the kitchen with it. He turns around to see Sonic waving at him. Not even when he is with someone, he can't have a moment to himself. He walks up to the door and opens it, "What do you want?" He asks annoyed.
"First of all, why did you have a baby bottle? Second of all, Diamond has been kidnapped by Eggman." Sonic says.
"What?!" Shadow says shocked.
Sonic nods, "Come before anything happens!"
Shadow looks over at Natalia who is looking at him. He notices her smiling at him and telling him to go. He looks back over at Sonic before running up to Natalia and hugs her. He whispers to her, "I will come get you after I save my sister."
Natalia hugs Shadow back, "Go save your sister, I will meet you at the marketplace where the festival happened at midnight."
Shadow nods and let's go of her, "I will come for you."
"And I will wait for your awkward dancing butt." Natalia winks at him as she watches him run over to the door and close it. She loses her smile and turns towards Esmerelda, "Ahora, ¿qué voy a hacer con él?" (Now, what am I going to do with him?)
