Sadie

Part 1

I woke up in Daniels bed today. How I got there I don't know, so don't ask. I pull myself out of his bed and contemplate what I was doing in Danny's bed (he's 4, don't get any ideas.)

I run downstairs to find Dan sleeping on the old, flower patterned couch. I don't want to wake him up, cause I did steal his bed. So I snuck past him hoping he doesn't wake up.

I go into the kitchen seeing my toast already made I have a mini party with myself before digging in. One by one the others came in. On the inside I was laughing that they had to make there own breakfast, unlike me.

Mrs Gunfell, waddled up to me and told me to get dressed. But what she didn't tell me was the bus had already left. So, I got dressed, all black(as usual) and walked to the bus stop. It was 30 minutes until I got a phone call from the school asking if I was coming today. I replied simply with a yes, but the bus had not come yet.

She then said school had already started. So I ran back to the orphanage wondering what I should do. On other days I would lie and say I was ill, but today was the start of exam week. If I passed these classes I would be able to leave the orphanage and start a life of my own.
