Revenge

Jake and Ariel spent all day at the amusement park. It was getting dark by the time they finally left the park. They had only driven about a mile or two when suddenly the car broke down. Ariel sensed that someone was there but she didn't say anything. She did however pay more attention to everything around her. Jake took out his phone and called for help.

"Well they are sending a tow truck to come get us. Now all we have to do is wait." Jake said. Ariel was looking around because she sensed something getting close to them. Jake looked at her when she didn't say anything, "What's wrong?" He asked Ariel. She looked at him.

"We need to get out of the car." She said, looking around again.

"But it's more comfortable in here." Jake said.

"Now!" Ariel said opening Jake's door with her mind and shoving him out of the car. She sensed something coming at the car at a dangerous speed. Ariel jumped out then something hit the car catching it on fire.

"What the heck was that?!" Jake said. Ariel ran over to him. She didn't really know who was coming to them but she knew they were not friendly. Ariel felt a sudden burst of fear as the person got closer and she felt their power. Ariel placed herself between Jake and the guy that was coming up to them.

"What's wrong baby?" Jake asked looking around. It was dark out and Jake couldn't see very well in the dark. Suddenly Ariel's hands emitted fire and her eyes were glowing a bright shade of red. Jake knew that that meant she was beyond angry.

"Who are you and why are you trying to kill us!?" Ariel yelled to the man who was now really close to them.

"Oh come on you don't recognize me little sister?" The man said. Ariel and Jake's eyes both widened in surprise.

"Levi?" Ariel asked confused. Levi walked closer. He was carrying a sword.

"Don't come any closer!" Ariel ordered. She didn't like that he had a sword. She was suddenly feeling super upset. She didn't trust Levi. She could sense whether or not someone's intentions were good or bad and Levi definitely had bad intentions.

"What's wrong, don't you trust me?" Levi asked with a smirk.

Jake was so confused but he could tell that Ariel was angry and obviously didn't trust this Levi guy who called himself Ariel's brother. Something about about Levi really creeped Jake out. He didn't know why but he was really worried about Ariel.

Ariel glared at Levi and read his mind. Levi was unpredictable so she read his mind and looked a little ways into his past to try and figure out what he was planning.

"I finally have enough power to get revenge on you," Levi huffed, "even though you are my little sister, you were definitely the strongest... until today, that is."

"Revenge for what?" Ariel asked, but then it hit her. Her parents.
