You walked to a bus station to wait for your next trip. You were holding onto your left arm, but Polnareff and Kakyoin needed medical attention asap. You walked over to Polnareff, he looked up at you as he stood on the bench. ''Let me see your wounds'' you ordered him, he pouted, but he let you check out his wounds. ''You have a lot of bad wounds, I need to take care of them!'', he looked at you with horror in his eyes ''N-Now?!?! C-Can't it wait until we are at a hotel or something?'' he asked you, you shook your head. ''No, it can't wait!'' you took your suitcase, lucky you still had some sterile bandages left from your first aid kit. ''Where is your kit?'' Kakyoin asked, you blushed and looked away. ''I...I lost it..'' you lied. ''P-Please, d-don't fix them right now, they will get infected!'' Polnareff cried, ''Stop being a baby and let her bandage your wounds! If you had listened to Abdul, all of this wouldn't have happened!'' Mr. Joestar yelled at Polnareff. Polnareff sighs. You examine his body, they were pretty deep cuts, and some of them were still bleeding, you told him to lay on the bench so you could work on him better so he did just that. ''Unfortunately, I can't close the deep ones, all of my utensils are unsterile, but I can stop the bleeding, and maybe they will heal without stitches so stay still!'' you ordered him as you pour a white powder on the deep ones, he clenched his jaw in pain, but he didn't move, as you finished his last cut to bandage the bus came. ''Right on time! Good job N/y!'' Mr. Joestar said as the men helped Polnareff stand up. All of you were on a bus, you stood in the middle of the men, at the window was Jotaro, next to him was Kakyoin, then it was you, on your left was Mr. Joestar and at the other window was Polnareff. ''Listen up. I don't usually lecture. Stupid people are stupid because they don't understand something. You know guys like that, right? Idiots that just don't understand-'' Polnareff began. ''You are being one of them'' you whispered and you could feel Kakyoin giggling. Polnareff looked at you with a deadly stare, you looked back at him and giggled. ''What this man was trying to say is that Hol Hores was just using you, he doesn't love you. You're beautiful, I'm sure you will find someone better than him in no time.'' you tried to smile at the girl who just went along with all of you. The girl nodded and you noticed her eyes went straight to Jotaro, you could feel your blood rushing to your head and Kakyoin raised an eyebrow, you met his glare and your face turned red. Jotaro noticed and raised an eyebrow, your face almost dropped in embarrassment. You could see Kakyoin thinking for a moment and then he opened his mouth as he looked at you, you gave him a deadly stare and he shut his mouth as fast as he opened it. Mr. Joestar giggled as he saw the whole thing played out - I totally forgot he was here....I hope he won't say anything...- He leans toward you with a smile on his face ''Shut up or I will make Dio's wish come true!'' you said and he looked at you confused ''Dio's wish?'' he said confused, all of them looked at you -S-Shit...- you could feel the sweet coming down your forehead.

''Nena'' you heard the girl saying, you turned your attention to Polnareff who was still talking to the girl. ''Nena! That's a great name. You're the daughter of a wealthy family in the sacred city of Varanasi that we're passing through, right? You're good-looking, and I can see that you're a smart girl. I have an eye for people, so I'm going to lecture you. Hol Horse is a horribly, lying piece of scum. You're being tricked! Your parents would cry. Listen up. You can't end up like this. It's easy to do that when you're in love, but you can't look at things this way. It's important to look broadly, and be rational'' Polnareff said. ''So you are a pervert and a hypocrite! Two in one, what an offer!'' you said annoyed, he turned to you ''N/y!! Don't talk like that in front of her! She will believe you.'' Polnareff said ''Anyway-'' Polnareff began saying as he turned back to the girl, but Kakyoin interrupted him ''Hey! It's coming into view. The city of Varanasi!'' Kakyoin said. ''Man, it's getting worse..'' Mr. Joestar said, you looked over to Nena, she had a dead look on her face as she stared at Mr. Joestar. The bus had stopped and all of you got off it. ''What's wrong, old man? You don't look well'' Jotaro said. ''Looks like the spot that I thought was a bug bite got infected.'' Mr. Joestar said showing it to all of you. It looked really bad, but you were curious, that was not there when you took the bus. ''Can I have a look?'' you asked him and he nodded. Your eyes widened ''What's wrong N/y?'' Mr. Joestar said looking confused at you, you looked at him ''N-Nothing...'' you lied, but you could swear that bite looked like a face. ''You know doesn't that kind of look like a face?'' Polnareff said and you were shooked -So I'm not the only one who thinks that...- ''Hey, don't joke like that, Polnareff.'' Mr. Joestar said a bit annoyed, ''Just kidding! Want me to tag along to the hospital?'' Polnareff said. ''No! Quit treating me like an old fart!'' Mr. Joestar said as he walked away. You pulled Jotaro to a side ''He really needs to go to see a doctor. '' you said worriedly, Jotaro looked back at his grandfather ''Old man!'' he said, and Mr. Joestar stopped and turned to Jotaro ''Let us go to get that thing checked out!'' Jotaro said as he was pointing to his grandfather's arm, Mr. Joestar sighed.

All of you were waiting for Mr. Joestar to walk out of the doctor's room. ''What is happening in there? It takes way too much to have that removed! If I had my utensils...'' You said as you paced the hallway, Jotaro had his hat over his eyes and the rest were looking at you ''I'm sure he's fine..- Kakyoin said trying to calm you down. You heard like someone was fighting for their lives ''Mr. Joestar!'' you yelled as you opened the door and you were shocked, the doctor was dead on the floor with a bistoury in his head ''W-What is...'' you started, but a voice stopped you ''Hey doctor! Tryin' to cut me? You're pretty dumb, you fucking moron!'' the voice said, you and Mr. Joestar were looking around the room but were no one there besides you two. ''M-Mr..Joestar...y-your...- you began and you pointed at his arm, he looked at his arm and lifted his arm so he could see his bite better, and there it was, a face in his wound -So I and Polnareff were right...it's a face after all!- Mr. Joestar began running away ''H-Hey!'' you yelled after him, the men stood up as they saw Mr. Joestar running for his life. You ran outside the doctor's room ''N/y?'' Kakyoin asked, you looked at the men panting ''S-Stand...'' you said as you looked after Mr. Joestar. ''Let's go'' Jotaro said, you looked at him ''He can take care of himself just fine'' he said as he walked away with his hands in his pockets. You sighed ''I hope you're right...'' you said as you walked at the men. ''We are in a doctor's office...'' Kakyoin said as he looked at you, you raised an eyebrow ''We can take his sterile utensils for your kit!'' he said, ''Y-You're right....'' you smiled and went back in. You took everything you thought would be useful ''Thank you Kakyoin'' you said and he smiled.

It was already nighttime, you were on the edge of a river, Polnareff was sitting down looking at it, you were standing next to Jotaro, and next to him was Kakyoin. Jotaro had his arms crossed at his chest, he looked pissed off. ''And here I thought we'd finally be able to sleep in a bed'' Kakyoin said. ''If the old man hadn't screwed up, we wouldn't be out here hiding from the cops'' Jotaro said. ''I took care of things. We can take this car. Polnareff, you can do the driving. Hey, are you still in shock? I was the one attacked by the Stand!.'' Mr. Joestar said throwing the key at him. ''I'd rather have gone through that'' Polnareff sulks. You walked over to him ''Oh, come on now Pol Pol...She wasn't interested in the first place!'' you said to him as you put your left hand on his right shoulder, you could hear Kakyoin giggle. You turned around to walk over to the car and you could see Jotaro smiling a little bit, you blushed as you pass him. All of you got in the car and Polnareff drove off.
