Cora and Five walked into the psych ward and went to the front desk.
"Lockwood, it's not Thursday" a nurse said and Cora smiled warmly at her
"I know Natalie, my cousin came into town and wanted to visit our sick uncle." Cora lied and Natalie nodded.
"You know the drill, down the hall to your left." She said and Cora nodded. Once they were out of earshot Five turned to Cora.
"Cousin? Really?"
"Would you have preferred I said sibling?" Cora asked and Five just shook his head in disgust.
The two sat in the meeting room and Diego walked in.
"Hey, Corey. Didn't bring the kid this time?" Diego asked talking about Josie.
"No, not today. Brought someone else." Cora said and Diego looked over at Five
"Five."
"Hey, Diego." He said sitting next to Cora
"You look good in white."
"About time you showed up."
"How'd you know I'd be back?" Five asked
"Because that's the kind of shit you pull. And I know you wouldn't leave Cora behind. You love her too much."
"Where are the others?" Five asked
"They're not with you?" Diego asked and Five sighed
"We'll find them. How long have you been here?"
"Seventy-five days. Landed in the alley behind"
"Commerce and Knox." The three said in synch
