Locked Away

Chapter 9

Lucas' Pov:
"Uggghhh" I groaned tiredly.

'Why do my mornings always start like this?'

I glanced at my phone and saw that it was already 9:30a.m.

'I'm supposed to take Ari to school!' I reminded myself.

I took an extra quick shower,got dressed,ran a hand through my hair,grabbed bagel,and went to Ari's house. She was standing outside waiting for me.

"Hey Ari!" I said trying to break the ice. She just glared at me and started to walk away.

"I'm walking to school Lucas!" she shouted at me. She picked up her pace afterwards. I ran in front of her and literally dragged her to my motorcycle.

"Leave me alone you buffoon!"she screamed hitting me repeatedly. I placed my hand over her mouth to shut her up but, she bit me before I could explain things to her.

Just like that she was gone again and it was all my fault.
