Time for Disaster

My heart was racing really fast and so did my legs as I went towards the bathroom. I could hear Drake from far away calling me but I had not time the explain. I kept on running until I bumped into Mrs.Jones, the head of the school.

Katherine - "I'm sorry, but I have to go"

Before she could finish her sentence, I was in the bathroom. That was close! I went out after 5 mins. I heard Drake calling me from across the hallway,

Drake - "Why did you run away?"

I thought I heard someone call my name so I went there. When I reached, there was nothing. Perhaps it was just an echo.

He gave a sigh of relief. The bell just rang which meant that school ended.

Katherine - "Can we walk home together?"

"Umm .. sure."

We started walking until we reached my house.

Katherine - "Bye!"

Drake - "Bye!"

His house was a few blocks away from me. He dropped me off and he left.

I wanted to know where he lived but it sounds a little sneaky. I didn't really care so I left my backpack at home and started following him. It took 'us' 10 mins to reach there. Drake stopped because he dropped his keys. He bent down and I was afraid he would see me between his legs so I just hid behind the nearest tree. That was close.

He took out his keys but it seems they were not working so he rang the bell. After a few second someone opened the door and I was petrified by what I saw. It's looked like some kind of animal. Dog .. Deer .. aha .. werewolf. WEREWOLF!!! That was the most weirdest thing I have very seen in my entire life of weird things. I was about to scream but I kept it inside.

I was walking back home in shock. I reached home and went to bed and later down. I didn't do any homework or anything. All that was stuck in my mind was the werewolf in Drake's house. In a matter of minutes, I fell asleep. I woke up to the sound of my mom screaming.

Mom - "HELPPP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!"

That didn't sound nice.

I didn't think and ran downstairs as fast as I could. When I reached there, I saw my mom pointing at a cockroach.

Katherine - "Really mom .. really really?"

Mom - "What? I'm terrified of insects!"

I went upstairs to get ready for school. I have tell Drake what I saw.

It was time for the bus to come so I ran downstairs, took an apple and ran for the bus. When I reached outside, I saw that the bus has not come yet. I waited for 5 mins outside but it hasn't come yet. Guess what happens now. Mother Nature thought it is a good time to shower the plants with water. It was pouring rain.

So I ran inside and grabbed an umbrella. The bus had finally had come. I went to sit next to Drake but he was not there. Guess I have to wait till tomorrow to see his reaction.
