RUBY SAT ON HER BED hidden underneath her blankets, Shawn had somehow talked her into watching a scary movie, she hated scary movies, she was already jumpy enough as it is, she was afraid of nearly everything, the typical dumb blonde in a horror movie.

Her window silently slid open, she didn't hear it, how could she have? She was buried under three large blankets and there was a raging storm outside. A figure, unbeknownst to her, walked quietly across her room, pulling back her covers once it reached her.

Already having been on edge, she let out a scream and reached for her alarm clock, tearing the plug from the wall and throwing it at the intruder, missing by a long shot, she had terrible aim, even at a close range. "Peaches! What was that for?" Her eyes looked up to meet those of Eric's.

"You almost gave me a heart attack, I thought you were the boogie man!" She shouted, narrowing her eyes at him as he raised his hands in surender, "What are you doing in my bedroom?" She looked at him like he tried to kill her.

His hands were still up in the air as he looked at her incredulously, "I'm always in your bedroom, Peaches!" He shouted back, "You're my girlfriend! We hang out! We flip it around when the lights go down!" He defended, "Why are you so jumpy tonight?" He asked, lowering his hands and furrowing his eyebrows.

Before she could respond, her light clicked on and her door flew open with a loud bang, causing them both to jump, in came her brother, holding a comically large water gun and pointing it at Eric, not thinking twice before drenching him.

"Shawnie! What are you doing?" Ruby asked him, grabbing his attention, trying to scold him, although she couldn't contain her laughter for very long. Whatever was going on, she couldn't help but find it funny, after all, Shawn was holding a water gun while wearing ninja turtle underwear, and Eric was soaking wet, she found the situation hilarious.

"Sissy," He turned his attention to her, a determined and frantic expression on his face, "I heard you scream and I've come to protect you from the intruder." He said confidently, a smile coming to his sister's face as he spoke. She had always protected him as a child, now it was his turn, plus, he felt bad that the movie they watched scared her so bad.

Eric on the other hand, was not so amused, he had just been sprayed with an obnoxious amount of water, he wondered why he bothered coming over, bad things happen when he went to the Hunter house, he would get hit with a plastic sword, sprayed with a water gun, or flat out yelled at. He was convinced Shawn was just out to get him.

Ruby sighed as Shawn left the room, she turned to her boyfriend and let out a soft laugh, his hair was soggy and his shirt clung to his body, she found it immensely hilarious. She grabbed him by the arm and pulled him to her bathroom, handing him a light pink towel, "Try not to touch anything." She giggled, "I'll get you a different shirt."
