In the Commonwealth of Virginia lived an ordinary family name Lowell. Mr. Benjamin Lawrence Lowell and his wife, Matte Colleen Stanton lived in a quiet suburb of Virginia named Alexandria,with four children.
They had lost their eldest son, Benjamin Lawrence Lowell JR, in an auto accident in 2276, and their second son, went off to fight the war, and it left their four other children for them to take care and they were Lawreen, Anna Colleen, Karissa Elizabeth Ann and Cameron Montgomery.
Lawreen was born in 2252, Karissa Elizabeth Ann was born in 2255, Anna Colleen in 2256 and Cameron Montgomery in 2265.but in 2267, after the death of their eldest son, they moved to Brazil for the United State Government.
They lived in an apartment in Copacabana, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and the girls attended The American School is Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and they lived up the street from the well known beach Copacabana and they also took the bus to Ipanema Beach.
All of a sudden because a shift in the Presidency Mr. Lowell was called back to the United States and for a time they lived in Presidential Apartments in Arlington, Virginia and then they moved in Southern Towers in Alexandria, Virginia and Lawreen attended Francis C Hammond, and Karissa and Anna attended John Adams Middle School.
All of a sudden tragic stuck and the first one to die from the long term side effects of radiation sickness were Matte Colleen, so to follow Lawreen, Anna Colleen, Cameron, and Mr. Lowell, but their second son was killed in the war and it only left Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell that was not affected from the radiation sickness.
The United Federation of Planets and The Commonwealth of Virginia placed Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell with some relatives for a short time before The Stanton's decided to place Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell into the program for war orphans patterned after The Child's Immigration Program that was started in England in 1930 and it finally ended as a terrible failure in 1970 with England and Australia apologizing to all the adult children that were children that were forced by the government.
The United Federation of Program called their program " Operation Adam and Eve" to furnish their new brave new world with children that were unaffected from radiation sickness and only 500 young people tested were unaffected from radiation sickness and Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell was one of the 500.
The 500 young people boarded the USS Republic on May 1, 2270 from San Francisco California and they were shown to their quarters and they set out for a brave new world.
None of the young people were interested in each other and during their four and half year journey not one of the young women conceived a child which the United Federation of Planet had hoped for.
Finally on May 1, 2274, on Odin's Beltane Day, the very same day some 119 years before when the World War III began it claimed over 600 million people died.
The USS Republic orbits around Star Base 12 and they start to transport down the remaining 200 other young people down to Star Base 12 and on the arm of Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley is Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell.
Standing at the beam down point is Lord Charles Andrew Howard, fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory, his first cousin twice removed, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory and his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard to greet the newest arrivals on Star Base 12.
Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley walks up with Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell on his arm, and Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell gives a curtsy and Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR helps to rise to her feet and he says " Let me introduce you to my first cousin twice removed, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory and my youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard."
Karissa Elizabeth Ann gives them a curtsy and Lord Richard William Carey is a good friend of Lt Kevin Thomas Riley and he asks Lord Richard William Carey " Karissa will be living out at Madame' s Boarding House will you please escort Lord Richard William."
"Gladly, Kevin." Lord Richard William tells him and they carry over Karissa's luggage to Lord Richard William Carey's carriage and and Kevin helps her into the Carey carriage.
Bedford Territory is the second largest territory and Dukedom on Star Base 12 and it was founded by Lord John Carey, who is a direct descendant of Sir John Carey through his great-great-grandson, Lord William Carey who was the son of his great-grandson, Lord Thomas Carey who son married Lord William Carey marries the great-great-granddaughter of Lord John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk through his son, Lord Thomas Howard and through his daughter, Lady Elizabeth Howard who marries Sir Thomas Boleyn and their eldest daughter, Lady Mary marries Lord William Carey and they have two children, Lady Katherine and Lord Henry Carey.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR is a direct descendant of Lord John Howard 1st Duke of Norfolk through his son, Lord Robert Howard and his father, Lord John Howard II and through Sir Robert Howard and through Sir John Howard II who was the son of Sir John Howard who married Lady Joan of Cornwall who was the great-granddaughter of King John of England through his son Prince Richard of Cornwall.
On the other side, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR was a direct descendant of King Henry II of England through his son, King John of England and through his son, King Edward I of England and his son, Prince Thomas of Brotherton and his daughter, Lady Margaret, Duchess of Norfolk and her daughter, Lady Elizabeth Seagrave and her son, Lord Thomas Mowbray and through his daughter, Lady Margaret who married Sir Robert Howard and they were the father and mother of Lord John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk.
Through King Edward I second wife, even a prouder heritage Princess Margaret was the only daughter of King Phillip of III of France who was the son of King Louis IX of France.
Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR was a humble and reverent man and he was not like his father, Lord Charles Andrew Howard Senior nor his grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard, but more like his great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard.

The United Federation of Planets finally defunded and aborted Operation Adam and Eve in 2274 four years after they started it and they could only pray that none of the new generation of children would be born without the long term side effects from radiation sickness.
