I'm not sure how I feel about this chapter so I might re-write it at a later date. Happy new years and enjoy!

"I don't think that'll be a problem. Let's go." He said, turning around and beginning to walk towards the door, leaving me stood there frozen. It was obvious that he was manipulating me, but two could play that game.

"Well?" He said in a somewhat annoyed tone, dangling the keys in front of the door. I quickly nodded, before walking towards the door and snatching the keys off him to open it. As I attempted to insert the key into the lock, I heard a low pitched chuckle.

"Are you seriously laughing at me? I'm just trying to open the door." I declared as I furrowed my eyebrows. The blonde simply took the keys out my hands, before pointing to the correct key I should've used, and handing them back to me.

I rolled my eyes, "How was I supposed to know? I can't distinguish which key to use by just looking at the door." I mumbled, before the lock clicked and I pushed open the creaky door.

The inside of the room was a complete disarray. Newspaper pages where scattered across the ground, speckles of blood on the walls, and numerous broken dishes. "Looks like somebody had a fun time." I mumbled to myself, receiving a small laugh from the man beside me.

While looking around the room, I found a small foldable pocket knife, and bent down to get it. Picking it up I could see nail marks in the handle, as if someone had gripped it too hard. "What are you planning to do with that?" he asked sarcastically, making me scoff and ignore his idiotic question.

"Look, theres an old sleeping bag over here." He said as he picked it up and began rolling it. "Good job, is it only one?" I asked, receiving a nod from the blonde. "Cool, you or Kuina can have it then, I have more layers of clothing on anyways."

I heard a knock coming from the now open door, and looked over to see Kuina leaning against the doorframe, her head almost touching the roof of it. "Good job Akira!" she said as she supplied me with another smile. "Chishiya, have you still not found the medical supplies? Akira literally has a cut on her hand, and your the doctor here. Now hurry up!" She shouted in a sarcastic tone, making the both of us laugh as Chishiya left the room.

Kuina shot me a friendly wink before coming to sit next to me on the ground as I continued to stuff the old sleeping bag in its case. "So, tell me a little about yourself! You met Chishiya at work, so are you a doctor or something?" she questioned while showing me the food she'd gathered from the main shop.

"Close but no, I'm a therapist!" I replied, before taking one of the mints she'd offered me. She looked impressed. "Wait and how old are you? Doesn't it take a while to get a degree for that?" she asked before tucking the hair in her face behind her ears.
