Chapter 11

As he types away on his computer, putting on the finishing touches of the story he's currently on, Tanaka is feeling as right as rain mentally. Hopefully by the time classes resume, all of what has happened a few days ago would be behind him and his classmates. Provided that the news doesn't try to ask them about it, of course. Then again, he did threaten them with calling the police for harassing them when the subject of All Might being a teacher at the school became known.

The thought of that makes him smile a little.

He's about to finish typing out the last few words for his story when a notification from his Skype account pops up. Looking at it, he finds he is being called by an unknown person. Doing the obvious option by rejecting it, the brunette resumes his work. Another notification pops up, again he rejects it.

Tanaka, thinking that that's the end of it, decides to submit his story on his QuirkyReads account. But, much to his frustration, the notification shows up for a third time.

"Okay that's it," Tanaka mutters angrily. "If you're going to be like that, fine."

He grabs a metal baseball bat from his closet, heads back to his computer, and presses the 'Accept' option for the Skype notification. Holding it in a threatening manner, the shadow user waits for whoever was calling him to pop up on the screen. Just as he's about to give them a piece of his mind, the screen shows who it is.

"What the...?" He says, seeing who it was that called him.

"This is such a good idea," Uraraka says. She happens to be at an Internet café when the group video chat is starting.

"Thank you Uraraka," Iida says. "I thought that we as a class should get to know each other a lot more through something like this. It is my solemn duty as Class Representative to ensure that we all do so."

Everybody else (sans Bakugo and Todoroki) give their own responses of agreement with that statement. It was only a few moments later that Mina Ashido notices something is off. Or rather, someone seems to be missing.

"Does anyone know where Tanaka is?" The acid spewing girl asks everyone. This causes them to pause what they were doing before looking around the session.

"Huh. You're right, Ashido. I can't seem to find him anywhere," Toru Hagakure remarks. If her head were visible, she would be tilting it to the side to indicate her confusion. "Wonder where he could be?"

"Maybe he's on a po-" Mineta brings up before a "NOBODY ASKED YOU!!" from Kyoka Jiro interrupted him. He then wisely clamps his lid shut.

Shocked that he forgot about one of their classmates, Iida bows his head in apology while he's sitting down. In all honesty, some of others would've found their class rep performing such an action to be a bit amusing. But deep down, they wouldn't blame him for making such an honest mistake. After all, it most likely hadn't crossed any of their minds to tell their shadow using classmate about this.
